  This condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures-clean, beautiful and well appointed! Loved the extra touches- hairdryer, robes, beach accessories, and tons of material and info on local recommendations. Within walking/driving distance of beaches & restaurants. Lisa was great to coordinate this trip with, was prompt with replies to questions and in returning our security deposit. Had a great anniversary weekend, would definitely recommend!

  Very nice condo in great location! Beautiful beach right across the street, and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. So many thoughtful details that added immensely to the quality of our trip. Condo's free long distance was a huge plus. Loved the beach chairs and snorkel set. Binder full of restaurant and travel tips was amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed, and a good quality coffee maker that made each morning sitting on the pretty lanai that much better. Cheers to the friendly and helpful condo owners. Their thoughtfulness was very much appreciated!

  Honest reveiw: It is a nice condo... good location, plenty of extras, etc. However, keep this in mind while looking at the nice photos of the place. The living room furniture is very hard. VERY hard. There are no fluffy white robes as shown in the photos; you get sad greenish white scratchy looking robes. The bedroom window faces the concrete hallway, think echos of people walking past, dragging luggage and talking etc. It sounds like they are in your bedroom even when the window is closed. The toilet seat is all chipped up and looks less than clean as a result. The pool is only open during the time you are out at the beach. Nice condo, great location. For the price though, there are better options, even in the same Maui Vista condo units.

  Owner response: Thank you for your response. There a new white teri spa robes provided now in addition to the lightweight Four Seasons kimono-style spa robes. Guests previously found the teri robes to be too hot and heavy for the Maui climate, but now I provide both types for guests to choose.

  This condo is just perfect. The perfect location. Close to restaurants, close to shopping, close to the beach. Walking distance to everything. The condo is as shown in the pictures, was very clean and stocked with everything you will need to have a great vacation. Booking with Lisa was a breeze.   My husband and I enjoyed our stay on Maui. The location was convenient to the beach and places to eat. The complex is well maintained. ***FYI, the lanai faces a busy road - depending on what noise you're used to at night, the road noise can be significant** The condo has been renovated nicely and loved how it was stocked with beach gear. The bed was comfortable. The condo is obviously popular, but couches/pillows/carpets are starting to show some grime. Lisa was great to communicate with, and always responded quickly to questions or when booking. Lastly, the photo of the view of the lanai (with the ocean) I have issue with. It is obviously zoomed in on, as it was very hard to see the ocean from balcony. The lanai actually looks down onto the busy road. Overall, a very comfortable condo stocked well with a great location and value. If you envision yourself watching the sunset from the lanai although, look elsewhere.

  Owner response: Thank you for your comments. January through March is one of the busiest times of the year so the noise varies. The bedroom is on the inside of the building farthest from the lanai/balcony. There are only a hand full of condos complexes in Kihei that are truly oceanfront. And the price difference from oceanfront compared to oceanview is significant. The lanai overlooks a garden area lined with tropical palms and hibiscus flower hedges, and the palms grow very quickly between trimmings, so yes, the view will vary. The majority of guests enjoy the convenience to everything overall (closeness/walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. compared to other condo units). I make sure to have the rugs and sofa professionally cleaned every year which occurs in the slow months (summer). I do my best to keep this condo in well stocked with all the comforts desired and quality expected for a wonderful island experience and vacation. Mahalo nui loa and aloha. Also, the TV has been recently upgraded to a 42" flat screen.

  We can’t say enough about the fantastic location of this condo. Two grocery stores in walking distance, I beautiful beach just steps away, and endless restaurant options all at the door step. The condo has everything you need in it making eating in simple, or packing a lunch for a day at the beach easy. It’s been beautifully remolded with a kitchen that we could only wish we had at home! This was our first trip to Maui, and we couldn’t have asked for a better condo to make us feel comfortable during our 10 day stay. We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone that is looking for a beautiful condo in the perfect location.

  This condo is amazing. Lisa was so helpful in coordinating our trip before our arrival. We were so pleased with the condo once we got to Maui. It is stocked with EVERYTHING you could ever need. You don't need to worry about anything for the beach - she has chairs, towels, snorkel gear, beach bags, etc. The kitchen also has everything you'll ever need - we were able to cook many meals thanks to all of the wonderful supplies. The location is great - easy to get around South Kihei and easy to get to the highway to travel the island. The bed is comfortable and the internet and phone are an added bonus. Parking is SUPER easy. Lisa also has many books about Maui and gives you recommendations for where to go, etc. The value is amazing - you won't find a place this nice for this price. You are about 50 steps from the beach at the condo and you can easily access Kam I, II, and III with ease. We went to Maui for our honeymoon and this condo was such a treat. No hesitations in recommending it!

  Absolutely loved our stay in this condo! Cannot rave enough about its location within Kihei! Close to all of the action but far enough away from the crowds; right across the street from a fantastic beach (where we walked every morning at sunrise); amazingly well stocked (snorkeling gear and even sunscreen!); and with all of the comforts of home (full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit!). Would definitely recommend to others and hope to stay there again as soon as we're back in Maui!

  As the title states, this condo makes you feel like you are in your own house but when you step out on the lanai you realize your in Hawaii. The condo had more amenities than we expected with tons of beach chairs, snorkel equipment, towels, and other various items. Everything was clean and had no problems what so ever. The location was great. Being the middle of Kihei, it was close to all major sites and a few feet away from a string of awesome beaches. Would definitely come to Maui Vista for another visit.
