Hi Lisa & Todd, Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo it was great! Very well maintained with lots of extras including kitchen supplies and spices, boogie boards, beach chairs (worn as a backpack, best invention ever) and cooler for day trips. The condo is just across the road from a beautiful beach! Great central location in Kihei and close to the grocery store which was well stocked with reasonable prices.

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Everything was exactly as promised. It was like visiting family...all the little extras and special touches. Lovely Hawaiian shampoos and conditioner, creams and coffee packets for our first days...and walking in with the Hawaiian music playing softly on the cd. Magical. The pictures are extremely accurate and if you want a place that feels homey while you are away, this is it. The owners go out of their way to make your visit perfect, although we never met! note: bedroom sits beside 2nd floor walkway, with little insulation to or from the outside! This is not a noisy complex, however. We would love to stay again.

This condo is beautiful and perfectly located. The condo comes with everything you could possibly need for your holiday in this tropical paradise! Steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants, groceries - everything! Also, Lisa had all kinds of pamphlets and was more than willing to provide us with information and help us out with any questions we had regarding tours etc. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Condo Unit

This condo unit is beautifully decorated as you can see in all of their VRBO photos. The kitchen was well stocked with all types of useful items, even standard cooking spices. The property is very clean and well-maintained with nice gardens. It was so convenient to walk across to the beaches or go to the store. Buy some Hawaiian Brand Roselani Chocolate Macadamia Ice Cream to keep in your freezer! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for our meals and the sunsets. The owners, Lisa and Todd, were so friendly and helpful with prompt responses. Plus they offered special discount rates. We would recommend this condo to our friends.

First Impressions: WOW! Great place with all the thoughtful touches of home. Got in too late for sunset but sat on the beach regardless. Went snorkeling at Maluaka Beach after breakfast, then made the trip up Haleakala to the crater. Lots of cloud coverage but it made it feel like heaven. While at the peak, the boyfriend got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife!! We ended the perfect night watching our first sunset as an engaged couple. Fantastic trip.

We had a short stay, but enjoyed the condo. The "extras" really made this an ideal condo to stay at. All of the snorkeling gear, boogie boards, even extra sun screen was great. The easy access to beaches and restaurants was ideal. We squeezed in some paddleboarding, snorkeling and hiking in our short time on Maui. Thanks to Lisa and Todd for providing lots of brochures and information for what to do while in the area.

Sept 4 to Sept 22/11.This was our first time to Maui, and really enjoyed the comforts of Lisa and Todds condo. We felt like we arrived at home. The condo was well stocked with everything a person could need, from boogie boards, snorkeling items, to spices,dishes etc... This condo is very nice and would recommend to any of our friends. You are only half a block to the ocean, and at night you can hear the waves!!! Shops and restraunts abound.... Thank you Lisa and Todd, for the welcome flowers and all the information that you had about Maui, this all came in handy, for us rookies in Maui.... It was a pleasure to be there!!! Hope to be back soon.....

Lisa & Todd, thank you so much fo sharing your wonderful condo. It was perfect for my husband and me. The kitchen, bedroom, bath and goodies closet (snorkel gear, fins, beach chairs, towles, umbrella cooler...even flip flops for goodness sakes!) was stocked with everything we could have needed and more and we even used the grill tools one night too. A great location in the front of the complex and walking distance to beachs, bars, restaurants, shops. All in all, a perfect location and a perfect place for two.

My 10 year old son and I stayed here for a friends wedding in July-August and found Lisa and Todd’s Condo to be just as described and a very comfortable place to stay for our visit. What was nice was the modern yet Hawaiian feel to the place when you walked in. It was immaculate and well provisioned to make you stay enjoyable with out the extra expense to pick up things other than food for your stay. I enjoyed the useful information binder about Maui and I appreciated the many books in the condo with references to good diving spots and culture of Maui. This Condo has everything you may need, in the kitchen to beach gear. My son and I appreciated the use of the boogie boards, cooler ,beach chairs and just the fact of having a nice place to settle into at the end of a great day. Lisa and Todd’s place is situated so that there was easy access to many amenities, walking or driving, and centrally located to head out to a favourite spot to explore on the island. I would stay here again and thank you Lisa for your recommends for our stay and you prompt replies by e-mail. You’re a pleasure to deal with.

Hello Lisa & Todd, Everything was perfect with the condo. Location was great, and everything in the condo was superb. You didn't leave anything out! Beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards, mask snorkel and fins? I didn't pack my fins because they were bulky. To find them in the closet was a bonus. And they were MY size! I wrote in your guest book, and even drew a picture. :) The kitchen had everything in there, including the basics - spices, sugar. But because we were on vacation, we didn't do any cooking! We definitely will come back. We won't even bother looking at other condos. We'll just contact you directly. Just wish we could've met you. Next time! We truly enjoyed our stay in this modern and well-equipped condo. It is in an excellent location and has everything you might need, from a well-stocked kitchen to great beach gear. The wireless internet was fast and reliable and we appreicated the free long-distance calling. Lisa and Todd were extremely well organized which made the process very comfortable and easy for us. We also appreciated all the information in the condo on Maui, which helped us make the most of our time. If we ever get the opportunity to return, we would not hesitate to stay in this condo again!

Definitely a great place to stay!! I travel a lot and have to say that Todd and Lisa thought of everything. The special touch that I thought was the best was the wealth of information that was provided. We had all the guidebooks to choose from and a big binder full of tips and tricks and included restaurants with menus and everything we needed. The place was clean and spacious and having the beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach umbrella, etc was such a huge help. Todd spent about an hour with us giving us great tips on things to do. And you can't beat the location...walking distance to bars, restaurants, beaches, etc. I will definitely stay there again!!! Thanks Lisa and Todd! Almost forgot, try Bistro 808 right down the street. Dinner was awesome. Great outside courtyard restaurant with great food and great ambiance and for now it's BYOB.

This was our third time on Maui, but our first time here as new parents. Even with a toddler in tow, we had a great time, and the accommodations that Todd and Lisa provided made it all the more special. Todd and Lisa - you have such a wonderful place for people to stay while visiting Maui. From beginning to end, your timely response was great, and everything was perfect when we arrived. The bannana bread was a nice treat for our first morning there, since we hadn't had a chance to go to the grocery store yet. The location is perfect, central to the island so places are easy to get to, and having the beach across the street made it that much easier to enjoy the nice Maui sunsets! We made good use of the beach chairs, coolers, towels and snorkle gear, not to mention all of the other little extras that you have in the condo. We had a wonderful stay in Lisa and Todd's condo, you will be pleasantly surprised that the actual unit is larger than the pictures reflect and the view from the lanai (especially at sunset) is glorious. The reno is very well done, the A/C works extremely well with fans in every room to aid circulation, the windows all have screens to keep bugs out and let breezes in... the appliances are all very good quality (including the smaller ones, which is rare) and the king-sized bed in a very large bedroom with a HUGE closet full of storage makes this place a wonderful home-away-from-home. Do yourself a favor and check into the condo to assess what's already there before shopping, you'll be shocked at what you don't have to purchase! Charley Young beach across the street is fabulous, the location is very convenient to many great restaurants and affordable shopping, and the onsite concierge service is friendly even though you’re in a privately held unit. I can’t recommend this place any higher, we WILL be back!

I live here on Maui and I booked this awesome condo on behalf of my parents who were visiting from Wisconsin for two weeks. From the initial contact to the final walk through, Lisa and Todd were amazing. The condo had absolutely everything my parents needed to feel completely at home during their visit. It was spotless, tastefully decorated and completely comfortable. My mom enjoyed taking her morning walks along Charlie Young and Kam I and II beaches (which are right across the street) and writing her postcards on the lanai. The grills in the complex were perfect for some great steak dinners and there are several restaurants within easy walking distance. I would highly, highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants a relaxing and carefree vacation here in paradise! The owners have done everything possible to ensure a memorable stay and are committed to taking care of their guests! Enjoy!

I highly recommend this condo! I chose it in part because Lisa responded to my inquiry right away, and was so helpful and thorough from the start. But the condo itself is also wonderful: lots of space, convenient location, and well-stocked, as others have said. Lisa was so friendly and had fantastic suggestions - dinner at Sansei; snorkeling at Ahihi Cove; a trip to Big Beach...it was a perfect vacation. Dear Tod and Lisa, Your condo was so wonderful after an exhausting day of tourist hopping to come "home" to and just relax and prepare a casual meal on the huge grills. The local food was unbelievably fresh. I loved your kitchen. I'm sure you have more gadgets than I do. The marble shower was beautiful. And the security system on the door was wonderful. No more safes or checking your valuables in at the front desk. Being centrally located to all the sights -- West Maui, Haleakala, the road to Hana -- was only one of the best parts. After visiting all the South Beaches we both decided the one right in front of your condo was the best. [How do you get that job of picking the ten best beaches in Maui.] All the beach accessories -- beach towels, chairs, coolers, umbrella -- was the best amenity possible since I'm a sun worshipper from way back when. Aloha Lisa & Todd, We can't put into words how much we enjoyed your condo. It looked better than 5 star hotels we have stayed at. If you are a scuba diver it is the perfect location because it is close to everything we love to do. The Condo was clean and comfortable...loved the down pillows and the spa robes were perfect! The book of menus was also a plus, although we are getting figured out where we like to go since we have been there so many times, but is also nice to know where the new restaurants are. Todd and Lisa, Wow....Where to begin. The condo is absolutly beautiful. You have thought of everything...from wonderful towels and sheets to advil....no detail was left out. I know that our trip to Maui would not have been as good had we stayed anywhere else. I appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that you were there to meet us and make sure that all was well on arrival and answer any question we had...I loved all the Maui magazines and guide books. I would reccomend this place to everyone. It was so comfortable and was located in a perfect location. Charley Young beach is great...the shops located nearby are wonderful and my niece and I loved it so much...she is moving there....what better recommendation can there be then that...and she is moving just around the corner. This condo is gorgeous and has everything you need to feel right at home, in addition to little touches that make the place special. Lisa and Todd are wonderful hosts and are full of expert local knowledge on the best spots around Maui. The location in Kihei is convenient to Wailea and Lahaina and has plenty of great local dining, much within walking distance. The best part of the location, though, is the beach across the street. It was absolutely beautiful and our favorite beach on the island. We'll definitely be coming back! Thanks Lisa and Todd!

We have just returned home from our stay on Maui and are already wishing we were back there. Maui Vista 1214 was absolutely beautiful and made our vacation in paradise even more perfect than we imagined. They supplied everything we needed to make our vacation relaxing & enjoyable. The location of the condo was so convenient. We could walk to a number of restaraunts and shops, not to mention Charley Young beach being right across the street, which was amazing! We definitely plan on staying there the next time we visit Maui!

Dear Todd and Lisa,It's been a great honor to be the first guests of your condo. We are truly impressed by how great of a job you did with this unit.
