Mountain Views, Balcony with Gas Grill, dedicated Ski Room and Tuning Bench, Shared Jacuzzi/Hot Tub, high end amenities throughout, designer towels and linens,(flannel and reg. cotton), Queen Size beds. Upper Level: Flat Screen TV/TIVO, Reclining leather couch and chair with additional furnishings, fireplace, oak flooring and oriental rugs. Fully-equipped kitchen with granite surfaces.
Loft: Library/Office, high speed internet/wireless and additional pull-out single bed for fifth guest. One car Garage (or Reg. size SUV), with additional parking adjacent to complex. Please; no smoking, no children under 12 years of age and no one occupying the loft under 18 years old. Ideal setting for all seasons; this is my private residence available on a limited basis year round.
