Cape Harbour in Cape Coral is one of the top layers of the area. This apartment is a modern, spacious floor plan and beautiful views in a prime south facing position. Located on the back of a passage with restaurants and some shops. Every Saturday is Farmers Market with fresh local produce. A boat rental is directly attached to the marina. The large balcony offers two berths and a dining table. The advantages of this situation, the fast boat access to the Gulf (many houses in the area are located in the inner and require long driveways through the channels), the great restaurants that are walking quite possible access, enter the fresh sea breeze most of the time from the Gulf flows (usually no longer felt at home) and given the same sports and leisure facilities (gym, pool, tennis court, kayak rentals, boat rentals, water skiing). Activities: Before the door they get into the boat and are located in ten minutes in the flow direction of golf. Right at the entrance to Gulf Islands are the first of which drives them to be able to picnic or just relaxing on the beach. After his return they lay directly in the small marina and walk a few steps from the boat to the outdoor areas of restaurants to enjoy a cool drink. You can also invest in 'Rum Runners' and discover where the menu. The pool has a size which allows for real swimming, and is therefore a real opportunity to do sports. Shopping: In the immediate vicinity is a large 'Publix' supermarket, it is reachable without a car in about 15 minutes on foot. The market is nestled in a small shopping center. Something is 35 minutes from the 'Coconut Point' Mall, a very large center with a lot of trendy shops in the style of an Italian town built, with lakes and bridges. But just across the bridge in FtMyers they have the '41er 'situated several malls. Beginning with the 'Bell Tower' is located in a multiplex cinema. There is also a 'Farmers Market', a small shopping paradise for food, many organic etc.

Wir (Ehepaar + Tochter 18 J.) waren nun zum vierten Mal in Cape Coral im Urlaub. Sind in den letzten Jahren richtige Florida Fans geworden. Da wir gerne mit dem Boot rausfahren und abends gerne im Restaurant essen, haben wir's diesmal mit einem Apartment im Cape Harbour probiert. Und ich muss sagen, das war eine sehr gelungene Alternative. Nicht nur ist die Wohnung sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, wir waren auch an allem was wir schätzen näher dran. Keine zeitraubenden Kanalfahrten mehr mit dem Boot sondern gleich am offenen Wasser, außerdem bietet das Apartment und seine Umgebung eine tolle Infrastruktur, hier tut sich immer was. Um die Restaurants zu erreichen nimmt man bloss den Lift und nicht das Auto. Von der Terrasse des Apartments überblickt man übrigens auch sehr schön das Wasser und die Mangroven. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und können das Apartment bestens weiterempfehlen für alle, die's 'convenient' haben wollen. Tolle Sache!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.
