The fully air-conditioned villa Boca Raton was finished in August 2002, renovated in 2007 and 2012 the master bedroom, living-, dining area and terrace was refurnished.
The villa is situated in a quiet, very beautiful neighbourhood of Cape Coral, close to the so-called 'Rosegarden', it lies directly at a canal and has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. It has a living space of 2475 sq feet (230 sqm) and offers space for 6-8 people.
Most of your time you will spend in the generous pool area. Take one of the many lounge-chairs we have for you sun bath and then hop into the very big, combined solar or electrical heat pump heated, pool of 16 x 40 feet (5 x 12 m). The terrace area is roofed, and here you find another table with eight chairs.
A Weber Gas BBQ grill can provide all the pleasures of outdoor cooking and pool underwater headlights make an romantic evening mood.



Supermarkets & Restaurants: Supermarkets as well as restaurants, national typical as also international, are attainable in few minutes. You will find many of Shopping Malls and Outlets in this area.

            The villa has three bedrooms with following wardrobes. The laminated, high-ceilinged master bedroom with king-sized bed is ensuite with a large shower-bathroom area. Attached to the high ceiling is a fan with lights, in addition to table lamps on the two side-tables. There is a wall-hung 28' flat-screened TV next to the two dresser, with ample drawer space below. There are private doors which open directly out onto the beautiful pool terrace. Ththe two other also laminated bedrooms have a comfortable queen-sized bed. There are bed-side tables with lamps, a dresser with ample drawer space, and a large built-in closet as well as a TV and DVD player as well as a ceiling fan. Furthermore we have an office room with an elegant desk plus chair, chest and a - so-called - day bed.             Between the master bedroom & the bathroom there is a separate walk-in closet. The bathroom has full-wall mirrors, lights and two separate wash-basins with luxurious vanity space. The shower stall is huge, there is a tub too and the toilet is enclosed separately. Of 2 & 3 bedroom there is access to the intermediate second bathroom which is equipped with shower, washbasin, vanity, large wall-mirror and toilet. A hair dryer is available for each bathroom.                 Inside you will find a fully equipped white varnishing kitchen with granite worktop including all electrical devices and household appliances. Of course we do also have sufficient glasses, dishes, and cutlery and so on. The kitchen is open towards the living area and has a counter with stools. The attractive breakfast corner with four comfortable wicker chairs and a glass table is situated in an oriel with view to the terrace and the canal. Furthermore, a dining room with six chairs and glass table available. The living room with view to the pool area presents an inviting leather couch (one two- -seater and one three-seater sofa). Integrated in the wall is a cupboard with a, wall hunging, 46' flat screen TV. Furthermore you will find this: Cable TV set, DVD-player and a luxury HIFI device with reference speakers - from here you can also control all speakers in the pool area.                             Ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz und Komfort. Entspricht der Beschreibung. Toller Grundriss. Es war eine sehr entspannte Woche. Die Einweisung für das Boot war auch für uns Anfänger perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

                            Villa entsprach genau der Beschreibung und daher auch voll unseren Erwartungen. Tolles Haus, schöne Lage direkt am Kanal. Boot in Top-Zustand. Alles sauber, gepflegt und funktional. Mit dem Boot auf Tour? Kein Problem - immer geradeaus dem Kanal nach! Zum Einkaufen - gleich um die Ecke! Nach Fort Myers - 20 Min.! Buchungsvorgang, Hausverwaltung und Einweisung (auch Bootseinweisung) professionell. Die Kautionsabrechnung fanden wir bereits am Tag unserer Rückkehr im Email-Postfach. Schneller geht es nicht. Einzig die Nutzung der (umfangreichen) Audio/Video-Anlage hat sich uns nicht in Gänze erschlossen. Eine Beschreibung könnte hilfreich sein. Aber im Urlaub sicher kein echtes Problem. Hatten genug Abwechslung. Wenn nochmals Cape Coral anstehen sollte, dann gerne wieder in der Villa Boca Raton.

                            Owner response: Herzlichen Dank fuer die offene Bewertung. Es ist unser Bestreben, allen unseren Gaesten unser Haus in einem Top Zustand zu ueberlassen. Das Audio\Video Problem ist erkannt und wird im Juli 2013 vereinfacht und verbessert. Auch wird das Haus innen aufgefrischt und diverses erneuert.                           The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons. For each further person a rent of 175,00 EUR per week results. Children ages 6 and younger are free of charge; until 7-14 years they pay 87,50 EUR per week. The season addition in the season times at Easter and Christmas amounts to 20%.
                          Cleaning house fee 140,00 EUR, boat instruction and cleaning 150,00 EUR Security deposit for house 500.00 EUR Security deposit for boat 1000,00 Euro Current after consumption All prices are inclusive 11% taxes. For the free use of the boat; skipper liability insurance is to be proven.
                          Minimum renting 7 nights, within one season 14 nights, afterwards a daily extension is possible. Daily arrival is possible. Special rates available by renting of more than 3 weeks. Last minute and further specially offers available.
