Built in 1998, this unit with high vaulted ceilings is spacious, has lots of windows through which to see the mountains and also to receive sunlight throughout the day! It has been recently updated and newly painted.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, nightstands, TV and VCR, with an attached full bathroom. The huge loft provides privacy and has two queen-size beds, a dresser, a queen-size sofa sleeper, a love seat, and a coffee table, in addition to a small entertainment center (tv/vcr/stereo). A second full bathroom and an additional queen-size sofa sleeper are located on the main level. The dining room table can seat up to eight, plus there are three bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is also a deck off the main level.
Radiant heat flooring keeps you cozy and warm on those cold winter days.
The location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, shoppers and loungers! Restaurants, retail stores and a grocery store are just across the street. An outlet shopping mall (which includes stores such as J. Crew, Calvin Klein, Polo, Coach, Nike, Banana Republic, Gap, etc.) is just minutes away. It is also just barely over an hour from Denver and less than a mile off the I-70 exit.
Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, A-Basin and Keystone are all less than 20 minutes away. Vail and Beaver Creek are approximately 25 - 35 minutes away. There is also a free shuttle that can be picked up just down the street that goes to most of the major ski areas.
Lake Dillon is within walking distance and there is easy access to trails for hiking, mountain biking or cross country skiing.
