It is just a three minute walk to the beach where you will enjoy sunbathing, swimming, fishing or just a relaxing walk on the beach. Around the villa you will enjoy the salt marsh and lake surroundings.
Litchfield by the Sea provides 24-hour gated security, bike and walking trails, tennis courts, large swimming pool, spa and fitness center and lakes for fishing. If golf is your interest, you will be within just minutes of over 20 premiere courses. Close by you will find grocery stores, restaurants, video stores, specialty shops and art galleries. Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens and Plantation tours are within minutes.
The main level of the villa has one bedroom (queen-size), a full bath, fully furnished kitchen, dining area (seats six) and den with outside deck. The master bedroom (king size) is upstairs along with a large bathroom and laundry room. Two twin rollaway beds (or inflatable mattresses)are available upon request. Both bedrooms and the den have TV's and ceiling fans.
