A separate studio apartment in the basement is not included. Located in the Central Area of Seattle, this house is 10 minutes to Seattle's Capitol Hill, Madrona and Madison Park neighborhoods and Downtown Seattle. Public transportation is 1 block away which makes it convenient to all that Seattle has to offer. Nearby amenities include a coffee shop, a few restaurants, Central Cinema, supermarkets, a pilates/yoga studio.
