Beautifully decorated townhouse with all the furnishings of home provided. Upstairs loft with 2 bedrooms and attached baths in each room for total privacy and separate activity area for all members of the family. Granite countertop in full kitchen with lots of room to move. The Master bedroom is on the main level with its own large bath and shower.
Walking distance to the grocery, restaurants and coffee shop (our favorite is Higher Grounds) walking and bike paths all around the property with breath taking views where ever you go. The 27 hole golf course is also within walking distance. The ski area is but 20 miles away and the roads are always kept clean. That would be Wolf Creek Ski Area. This ski area gets more snow than any other ski area in Colorado.(on average)
Day trips to Sante Fe and Durango are fun and easy to get to and the drive is scenic as well. Lots to do and the weather is great.
