Newly renovated and refurnished with a tasteful mix of antiques, new furnishings, original artwork, and custom window treatments; you will love this home's inviting appeal.
As you enter, enjoy the open floor plan and beautiful views. The first floor features a large designer kitchen with sitting area (TV) and breakfast area, dining room, great room with vaulted ceiling and fireplace (Cable TV with remote, VCR, DVD, stereo, CD player), laundry, and half bath. The FIRST MASTER SUITE (king-size poster bed with luxury pillow-top mattress), features patio access, sitting area with cable TV and remote, two large walk-in closets, and a spacious master bath with clawfoot tub, double sinks, walk-in shower with two showerheads, and marble floor.
The SECOND MASTER SUITE (king size poster bed with luxury pillow-top mattress) offers much privacy with sophisticated design. Two additional bedrooms (1 - queen bed with pillow-top mattress, the other - 2 queen iron beds with pillow-top mattresses) are spaciously comfortable. Each bedroom has its own private bath, cable TV with remote, and walk-in closet.
Your CHILDREN will love our SEPARATE TV ROOM featuring cable TV with remote, VCR, DVD, and PlayStation 2 (bring your own games). SECURE HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS IS PROVIDED (bring your laptop). The beautiful patio invites you to enjoy a relaxing evening of dining with new furniture and gas grill, and fantastic views of fairways, lagoons, and wildlife.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4th visit to Kiawah and 2nd to your home. There is no where else, I'd rather stay than here. Its spacious, warm, inviting, perfect distance to the beach and great view of the golf course and pond!!! We spotted the gator several times, even heard him growl. I had no idea they made sounds - very cool! Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family. I appreciate all the lovely details that make your house our home for the week. Until next year...

What a great week we had! Love your home...beautifully decorated and the kids enjoyed chasing lizards through the alrge yard. Thank you for having such a "child-friendly" house. The 2 & 3-year olds spent a lot of time in the pint-sized wicker chairs. It was wonderful having such a beautiful view from the deck while I fed the baby every morning. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home. Our family had a great time and enjoyed all that Kiawah had to offer - golf, beach, pool, dining. We loved the layout of the house and had many meals, card playings and family time in the kitchen and family room area. We even had a few alligator sightings in the back pond, much to the delight of our two-year old son. We can't wait to visit again!
