I live on Maui and I think West Maui is the best of Maui. Lahaina is close to Kapalua and Ka'anapali for golfers and there are many activity desks for convenient scheduling of 'all' the fun on Maui. Yet, Lahaina still has the small town feel.
My condo is unique at Aina Nalu. It is located in a building that is separate from the rest of the resort. It is near the back of the property, away from most of the foot traffic, but is close to the main pool.
The photographs do not fully illustrate the quality of furnishings and interior design at Aina Nalu. You will love it!

Aina Nalu is an Outrigger Resort. Published rates as of January 1, 2008 are:
1 Bedroom - $395 rack rate/$369 discount
Since my condo is self managed I can offer rates significantly lower
Parking is $15/nt, but there is free street parking in front of the resort
Cleaning fee $99, tax 11.46%, 4 night minimum
Mar 1 - Dec 15 .. $135/nt
Dec 16 - Feb 28.. $175/nt ONE BEDROOM ONLY

Aloha John - We're regretting our depature from your lovely condo. We've had a wonderful week going up to the Haleakala Crater, taking the road to hana, swimming at Kapalua Beach, shopping in Lahaina, swimming at the pool here and , of course, eating. We enjoyed cooking here but managed to have a delicious dinner at Lahaina Store Grille and Oyster Bar, our splurge! The Kona Shrimp with chile rellano was delicious, the sunset was beautiful and the chocolate lava cake was to die for ! The burgers at the Front Street Grill were tasty and the pizza we picked up from Penne Pasta hit the spot. But, all was even better, when we came "home" to your condo, John - had a margarita (in our plastic Mickey D "Latte" glasses) out by the pool and just relaxed. Then -showers in the condo were wonderful. You should get a percentage of the profit made by all the contractors back home who have to rip out our old baths and "redo" based on your condo! I'm sure we're not the only ones thinking of renovating as a result of your condo! I even have photos of the carpet! Harumi and her crew also do a great job of getting the place ready. Aloha John, We just arrived and your condo really feels like a home away from home. We feel very cozy in here. I love the modern touch of class with all the Hawaiian accents. We absolutely love the shower! ...and the ceiling fans are so cute. September 14, 2008 Our vacation was very relaxing. The pool is so nice and convenient being so close to your condo. I love that it's also lcated right in the heart of everything but far enough to where we don't hear any noise at night. We had a great 1st Hawaiian experience! Mahalo

Our 8 year old daughter is SO happy in her own room (thank you so much) and we are stunned at how much cooler our place is than so many others. The proxmity to so much loveliness. John, After a bit of a rough start we got settled in & this has been a great home base for us. (Thank you for making alternate arrangements for us the 1st night!).
