I only rent out BOTH homes together between mid May-mid Aug
May 15- Aug 15, 2012 $3300.00 + fees
$500 security deposit + $300 Cleaning fee ($150 per unit) + 11 % bed tax
Holidays slightly higher, Absolutly No College or Highschool groups allowed
Weekend Fall Specials!! $450.00 per nite + fees
Nightly off season rates $500.00 - 1000.00
