  My husband and I were moving to Vienna and we needed a temporary "home" before finding our permanent one. This place exceeded our expectations! The owner was so gracious and quickly responded to all our emails. The location is great, with the tram a few steps away. The property is also between the famous Hundertwasser Haus and KunstHaus. The flat itself is very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and warm. We loved the couch too! We made many meals here, the groceries were bought at the Billa right around the corner. Overall, a great experience and this property will always hold a special place in our hearts. We are proud to say that this was our first home in Vienna.

  We have stayed in a number of apartments previously throughout Europe, but we have never found a more beautiful, comfortable place than this one. The neighborhood is quiet and safe so we couldn't have had a more restful and pleasant time. We loved the fact that we could sleep so peacefully without street noise or noisy neighbors. From the moment we entered the apartment, we were struck by the clean, modern, and colorful atmosphere. It is obvious that the owner has put an unusual amount of effort into creating a beautiful and comfortable living space that will put tenants at ease. The kitchen is very well stocked with all kinds of cooking and eating utensils, and every room has more pleasant surprises of decoration and convenience to make you feel so comfortable you don't want to leave. Although our street was so quiet, a busy commercial street is only a three minute walk, so we found every kind of fresh food, small restaurants, bakeries, and tobacco shops (very helpful for tram tickets and general information) all just around the corner. The tram is on the same street and is very pleasant and easy to take to any part of the city. Actually, we enjoyed several times walking into the city center. Our stay included both Christmas and New Year's eve, so we bundled up in warm clothes and enjoyed very pleasant walks though out the city, using the tram only if we were cold or tired. Walking in cold air only makes you enjoy all the more stopping in to little restaurants for a hot coffee or hot wine. Vienna is an amazingly beautiful and well organized city with so much history, culture, and fascinating architecture. Several days after we had settled into our apartment, we were wandering through our neighborhood and discovered with were only two blocks away from the famous Hundertwasserhaus. This is not to be missed. The architect's biography and philosophy are as fascinating as his creations. We hope to come back again and again, so it would be great to keep this apartment a secret, but it deserves to be shared and appreciated.

  This apartment was fantastic! It is in a great location, just barely outside the city center in a nice quite part of town, by the river. Just minutes by tram to St. Stephens. The decor and facilities are high quality. Really luxurious and would definitely come again!

  Die schöne Wohnung entsprach exakt unseren Erwartungen, die wir nach Den Bildern und Angaben hatten. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten, sodass auch mit 5 Personen und dem Zustellbett im Schlafzimmer keinerlei Enge aufkam. Durch die gute Lage und gute Verkehrsanbindung an Straßen- und U-Bahn war sie für uns idelaer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Stadterkundung. Die Tipps, die uns der Vermieter im Vorfeld zukommen ließ, waren umfang- und hilfreich, die gesamte Abwicklung äußerst professioonell und der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

  Modern und komplett ausgestattet, alles sauber und völlig unproblematische Abwicklung. Zentrale Lage (zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt) und trotzdem absolut ruhig. Eine der schönsten Wohnungen, die wir jemals als Urlaubsdomizil hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

  Es handelt sich wirklich um eine hervorragend geschnittene und ausgestattete Wohnung mit viel Platz. Mit der Straßenbahn oder zu Fuß ist man schnell am Schwedenplatz, von dem aus Wien in alle Himmelsrichtungen zu erkunden ist. Nicht zuletzt durch die freundliche Betreung im Vorfeld und vor Ort haben wir eine schöne Zeit im Kunstappartment gehabt.
