Central for easy walking distance to all our favorite attractions - public beach access where we planted the chairs and umbrella, South Lido Park where we rented a tandem kayak, and St. Armands Circle for some fine dinners (but it was great to have a nice kitchen to cook and have the amenities of home). The apartment was very nice and tidy and quiet. The cute little private patio was a nice nook to read. We couldn't have asked for more and would definitely rent again!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This was an absolutely ideal spot for our second Sarasota experience. Location was perfect: a quick 8-minute walk to Armand Circle and 3 blocks to the Lido town Beach. Property was spotless and neat when we arrived, complete with plenty of clean towels, paper goods, and various other items like soap and detergent. Plenty of room for us to unpack and spread out. Ample kitchen area with all appliances; refrigerator was spotless, as was stove and sink. Owner was helpful and friendly. Many notes and computer printouts were available for restaurants, local attractions, etc. Good reading material (books) and a great 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle that kept me occupied for a week's worth of nights. I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting an ideal location and neat, clean accommodations.

Great place for a great price

We stayed at Bo's lovely little apartment while in town to get married over a long weekend and it was a great little place! The apt was clean and spacious with a big, comfortable bed and lots of little perks like a linai and a closet full of beach supplies for us to use which was great! Through it all though, Bo herself was the best part of the experience! From the first day I spoke with her she was warm, accomodating and very helpful to a bride from NM trying to plan a Florida wedding! The apt itself was not far from St. Armand Circle though it was a bit further than i had expected, maybe a 10-15 minute walk. If you want to be near the action but not in it though, this is a great place! Also, i would have liked to have Wifi but it was no biggie! Thanks again Bo! Lots of love for you and this lovely little apartment!

Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this condo. It is very clean and convenient to the beach as well as to St Armand's Circle. Bo (the owner) is very responsive to any needs you may have. I appreciated the covered parking in the August heat, and the excellent A/C system in the unit! Nice little deck in back to enjoy your morning coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This condo was perfect for our one week vacation to attend a wedding at the Lido Beach Resort. Everything is as close and convenient as represented. The condo had many little items that one can't carry while traveling, like beach equipment and basic cooking condiments. It was clean and comfy. Several neighbors welcomed us and asked if we were having a good time. We appreciated the covered parking area.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I had an excellent time at this condo. We rented bikes and were able to get around Lido key, St. Armands, and longboat key easily and quickly. The condo was very centrally located, extremely close to the beach and St. Armands circle. The condo was clean and was stocked with plenty of amenities.There was nothing we needed to purchase for the condo itself. We would definitely recommend staying here. Bo was a delight to deal with and we are looking forward to coming back next time we visit Florida. Thank you Bo.

We had a wonderful time, the condo is perfect for a small family, super clean and well equipped. The beach is just one small block away, and is super beautiful, not so crowded and the sunset's there are the best!

Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.

My wife and I picked up our son from college in Orlando and stayed at Bo's condo in Lido. I know I can speak for the rest of the family there that week, our time was fabulous. The condo was bright, clean and filled with all the beach necessities that you need. Our patio was great off the main bedroom and the grounds were manicured nicely. Well stocked kithen for cooking made us feel right at home. The beach is a short walk and was absolutely beautiful. We will surely go back, and I would recommend this property to any beach-goer that is heading to Sarasota.

Great place to stay on Lido Key

Very comfortable condo and terrific location. The size is ideal for 2, but 4 works too. The public beach is just two blocks away and is fantastic: clean, beautiful sand, 25-foot fresh water pool, rest rooms, outdoor showers, concession stand. St Armands (restaurants and boutiques) is a short walk away. Downtown Sarasota with more shops & restaurants, grocery store, Saturday market is just a 5-minute drive. We were delighted to find beach towels, beach umbrella, folding chairs, and a cooler in the condo when we arrived. Bo was very helpful and installed a wireless router to accomodate our numerous tech toys.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

We just returned from a great stay at this Condo which feels like a quiet homey neighborhood v.s. a high-rise development. The neighbors were welcoming and helpful. We loved the location: walkable to the beach & St. Armand's Circle. The Condo is very clean with everything you need and some fun beach extras! Great for a quiet home setting --close to the ACTION!

Best vacation I have had in many years. Clean, quiet, convenient with all amentities. All you need is a toothbrush, a bathing suit and some lightweight clothes. Bo furnishes everything from shampoo, soap, beach towels, umbrellas, paper towels and toilet paper. I will return several times a year now that I have found a peaceful, affordable and friendly place to stay. There is no pool but who cares! I enjoy the beach and St. Armand Circle to the fullest. High score definitely.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

I would highly recommend this condo. The best part of sarasota is St Armands Circle. This condo is a 10 min short walk to the circle where you can have the best shopping and fine dining. The walk home is fun because you get a chance to walk past million dollar homes. The 2nd best part of sarasota are the beaches of lido key, which this condo is 2 blocks away. The condo was very clean and is a great deal. We came down with my family and felt that we had plenty of room. You walk into the condo into a large living/dining room. This room had a comfortable fold out couch where my son slept. Past the living room is a full size kitchen and then past that is the large master bedroom with the master bathroom. I would highly recommend this condo as it is much nicer to stay at this place than the high priced hotels that you dont get nearly as nice of a place.

Just back from a terrific time in Lido Key. The condo is exactly as described. Clean, quiet and comfortable, with all of the amenities you need... from internet access to beach umbrellas. And the location cannot be beat! A stone's throw to beautiful Lido Beach, and a pleasant 5 minute stroll down the Blvd of Presidents to St. Armands Circle where you will find great dining, shopping and entertainment (along with Killian's Ice Cream!). We are going to make this a regular vacation destination!

We went to Lido Key for wedding and decided to stay a few extra days. The location was perfect in that the unit is WALKING distance to Lido Beach Resort (where the reception was located), St. Armands Circle (with all the shops, restaurants and bars), the public beach, and kayak/canoe origination spot in the nature reserve. The unit was clean and had all the amenities you need including DSL internet connection and even cooler/chairs for beach outing. Bo was available at all times and made sure we had everything we needed. Parking is included and the building was quaint and quiet. Just what we were looking for! If I return to Sarasota, Lido key and specifically Bo's place is the PLACE to be! Thanks for a great stay.

This place is absolutely perfect. Its very private, charming and just at a minute from the lovely Lido Beach. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the place is very clean. You can smell the fresh air from the ocean while taking your breakfest. The neighbors are very friendly and there is even a little private garden that is absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen is well equiped but if you don't want to cook you can always find a great selection of restaurants and boutiques at the St Armonds Circle. Beautiful scenery and perfect weather. I will definitely come back !

"My wife was doing a seminar in downtown Sarasota, and I had to tag along to watch our two year old toddler. I wanted to stay on Lido Key, so that I could take the little girl for strolls and hang out at the beach. We decided on Bo's condo, and it was perfect! It is on a quite street, very close to a park, a few blocks from the beach and from St. Armands Circle, which has restaurants and stores. Great one bedroom accommodations, with full beach accessories, full kitchen, and in a great area at a great price. We cooked most of our meals, and even shared some food with the friendly neighbors. There's an internet connection, so I could do some work when the baby was sleeping, but spent as much time outside as we could, and got a great tan. The little girl loved it and the beach close by is soo nice, white sand, shallow warm water, just excellent. Thanks!" Jeremy

Bo,I would like to tell you about the wonderful time we had while staying in your apartment in St. Armands Circle. Its location is great - a short walk to the shops/restaurants/bars and a short walk to the beach too. The beach was lovely, we spent quite a bit of time there during our stay. It is really clean and the water is very clear. It was great to be able to bring the beach chairs from the apartment down with us. Also it was great that you provided beach towels - it lightened our luggage load from Ireland. Your apartment is in a lovely location. While we were only there for a week we met some of your neighbors, who were very welcoming to us. They made a couple of suggestions to us regarding places to visit. They couldn't have been nicer. Your apartment was lovely. Very comfortable and as mentioned previously in a lovely, easily accessible location. It is very well equipped - there was nothing that we went looking for that we couldn’t find. Bo we had a great time. This past month, Rob and i Stayed in Bo's condo,it was perfect. Literally a min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to St. Armonds. Its in the perfect location. Also, everything was neat and clean. Bo was very easy to work with, as we communicated via telephone and through email. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in lido. We stayed at Bo's condo 6/11 thru 6/18/2008.Very nice, clean and well decorated. Bed was unbelieveably comfortable. Easy to get around and just a block and half from Lido Beach. Didn't get to meet Bo-did talk on the phone and she is very concerned that your stay is a good one. Everything we needed was there-beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, beach towels, etc. Great price-don't miss out on this one!!

Just loved this condo ! Great location to evreything. The owner did not forget a thing. Totally equiped, you don't need a thing. Very clean and comfortable. So close to shops & stores, and just a short drive to downtown Sarasota. We will definitly come back again. Bo ( the owner) was really great, always available if needed. Just the best !

A great apartment. Everything worked. Handy for the beach and St.Armands Circle. We were delighted to find we had stayed there some six or so years before so it was a welcome revisit. It is a quiet area and free of any intrusion.

If you love Florida, you will love this delightful ground-floor apartment. Steps from the beach, great shopping, dining, and people-watching make this a great destination. The apartment was immaculate (no bugs!), the AC worked great, the kitchen was well equipped and the king size bed was a winner. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio space which was private but airy with lots of beautiful plants and flowers. Nice place, Bo!

We just arrived home after spending a wonderful month on Lido Key;staying at this rental unit.We already feel like taking RouteI-95 South out of town tomorrow! We rented this unit sight unseen,and were pleasantly surprised with all it had to offer.The location was GREAT for walking to St.Armands for coffee in the AM and gelato in the PM!Strolling through the Mangroove parks and walking on the beach were daily activities for us; due to the terrific location of this condo. It is a quick ride to downtown Sarasota which has so much to offer.The unit was clean,well appointed,and very private.Bo,the owner,was extremely pleasant and very hospitable.We plan to return next year-what better a recommendation can there be?

Location, location, location! This condo is situated perfectly to access the beach and St. Armands Circle. Bo is a perfect host, there when you need her but not intrusive. The condo is well-equipped and very clean. We appreciated having access to DSL. We hope to return.

My wife and I just came back from spending a week at this delightful condo. Roomy, clean, close to the beach and St. Armand's Circle. Took a number of long walks on Lido Beach. It's a great walking beach with excellent shelling and occasional glimpses of porpoises just offshore. Bo was great to work with. Met us when we arrived and answered all our questions. This is a real find.

We stayed here for a week in early May. The condo was immaculate and extremely well equipped. Bo, our landlady, could not have been more gracious and helpful. All in all an extremely enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend to anyone who plans a stay in this area. My spouse reminds me to tell how extremely comfortable the king sized bed was. Don't miss this one.

My friend and I stayed here for a week in April 2006. This is a very clean, cozy and wonderfully maintained place to stay in a very quiet and marvelous residential area. A few minute walk to the beautiful Lido Beach and a fabulous shops and restaurants at St. Armands Circle. Very close to Mote Marine Aquarium, Marina and Sarasota downtown area. I love this place so much I wish I lived there. Will definitely come back again.

I live in Sarasota but love to go to this condo as a great peaceful getaway. 2 block from beautiful Lido, and so close to St. Armands Circle. Wonderful walking grounds. Condo is roomy and I feel totally at home in it.
