Why the Owner Chose Ixtapa
We love visiting Mexico for the weather and culture, and we have been especially drawn to the Ixtapa area. We came here about four times before deciding to buy this property. We always feel safe and welcome in the towns of Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo, and it is a very good place to bring kids.
The Unique Benefits of this Two-Story Condominium
We love this villa because it is right on the ocean. Breakfast on the patio is the best, with the ocean breezes coming in. We can confidently say that there is not another place to stay on this entire beach with better access. We are about 20 steps from the pool, and another 20 from the sand.
