The Snow is awesome in Park City Right now. This is turning into another excellent ski season. Our Park City condo is in a prime location for all three area resorts.

-3rd bedroom/loft: very large bunk bed and high quality Day bed with trundle bed. sleeps a total of 4
-Queens size pullout couch (1st floor): Top quality and very comfortable
- 3 air mattresses.
- 2 full baths on 2nd floor and 1/2 bath on 1st floor.

"This condo had many pluses -- good location, top quality bed linens and towels, comfortable bed, 2 HD Tvs with cable as well as 2 other Tvs. It was newly updated with new carpet, tile, stainless steel appliances, etc. It was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. We would rent this unit again!"

"This condo was perfect for our needs. We did have a fairly large group of 8 and everyone was very comfortable. It was nice having tv's in every sleeping area along with very comfy beds & linens. I love to cook and found that everything we needed was provided for us, it was VERY well stocked! The HIGHLIGHT was the hot tub!! Not one day went by that we did not soak it in after a rough day of boarding. I would definitely stay here again!!!!"

Five minute bus ride to three of the top ten ski resorts in the world!! Best powder on earth. Free shuttle bus service is just 100 steps from our door. Bus will take you all over Park City as well as all 3 major ski resorts, so no need to rent a car. 3 grocery stores within 5 min of villa.
Off road Parking available for guest if you choose to rent car.
All new furnishings. TV, VCR, DVD player with cable in every bedroom, and living room. Three TVs are Flat screen, including one 42-inch in living room. Villa has been completly remodled. Enjoy all the comforts of home after a long day of skiing.
Walk out the door and you are 100 steps to Park City Racquet Club. The Club offers a complete workout facility including group classes like Yoga and Pilates. The Club has seven indoor courts and 12 outdoor courts in summer. There is also a very large Sports Bar and Grill at the Racquet Club that offers many large screen TVs. The Racquet Club is a viewing site for the Sundance film Festival!!

SKI SEASON 09'EARLY BOOKING RATES UNTIL 12/15 : $275/n...7night minimum
$500 Security Deposit and 1/2 Rental Balance to secure reservation.
Full Payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
Payment is Non-Refundable if cancelled within 60 days of reservation.
Payment Through PayPal. Add 10.35% Utah tax plus $150 cleaning fee.
