Quiet mountain setting with great views of Breckenridge ski area. On shuttle route for access to town/ski area or only a five minutes drive to town. Townhome is 2000 square feet for a roomy retreat. New kitchen and bathrooms with granite.
Home is comfortably furnished with log furniture and antiques. Master bedroom has large window looking out to pine trees and mountains with jetted tub in bath. 2nd bedroom has rustic log bedroom set and 3rd bedroom has twin beds. 4th bunk room/family room has bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top) and queen pull out sofa. This family room area has large sectional sofa and large screen TV...great kids area. Kitchen is fully equipped and dinning for 8. Living room is sunny and spacious and has a gas fireplace and TV.
Garage will accomadate car or small SUV and walk into a large mudroom for all those ski boots.
Property is close to hiking and biking trails. A wonderful summer and fall retreat.

We have stayed here multiple times now and the accomodations could not be nicer. Views excellent and access to town and trails is easy. In Breck this is one of the best places to stay.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

The owners of this property were helpful in every way to make our last minute plans seem effortless. The townhome is absolutely worth every dollar. I would think that you would look for a long time before you would find a better deal. Awesome views, cozy atmosphere, and an absolutely A+ owner. Can't say much more than that for our first time renting on VRBO. A great experience to say the least.
