Nestled in the beautiful Green Valley area of St. George, this newer condo (completed 10/05) is a ground level unit in the exclusive gated Blackrock community. Blackrock condos are situated on the Blackrock 9 of the Sunbrook Golf Course. Sunbrook offers 27 holes of championship golf and was rated the "Best Golf Course in Utah" by Golf Digest. This condo is easily accessible with a one car garage just a few feet away, no stairs and additional parking adjacent to the unit. Handicap parking adjacent to unit. Great unit for anyone with accessablity concerns.

This roomy unit has over 1500 sq. ft. to relax in. The spacious master is beautifully furnished with a new king-sized bed and it’s own cable TV, DVD, huge walk in closet, large dresser, private bath with 2 sinks, large soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a new queen bed, large dresser, closet, and attached full bath with two separate sinks and shower. A queen-size deluxe air mattress with linens is also available. The third bedroom is made just for kids, with a twin bunk on top and a double bunk on the bottom. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious with granite countertops opening up to the living room and cozy gas fireplace. Bright, fun colors throughout the condo make this a special tropical retreat.

Just a short walk to the clubhouse will allow you to enjoy the beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub in the St. George sunshine. Centrally located , grocery stores, restaurants and shopping are close by. Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and Lake Mead are within an easy drive.

Please note that this unit is not directly on the golf course, but inside the Blackrock Complex near the pool area. Please limit group size requests to 2 adults and 4 children or 2 couples. We have wireless internet.

  • A very nice condo that was clean and well equipped. The complex was quiet with not a lot of activity. Played Sunbrook which was a very nice golf course. We especially liked the proximity to Snow Canyon, Tuachon, the aquatic center, great city parks, grocery shopping, and restuarants.

    Larsens asked that I post this comment for them: "We spent a month at this delightful Blackrock Condo in 2008, and just completed a second month’s stay in 2009. We chose to return to this condo because of our very positive experience in 2008. Our 2009 stay was just as enjoyable as last year. Everything was spotlessly clean and inviting. We could not have asked for a nicer condo. We are Seniors now so appreciated this condo being on the ground floor, and only a few steps to the private garage. When we were looking for a condo in St. George, we were told the Blackrock Condo units are the nicest in St. George. They are quality units in a safe quiet gated area. Our rooms were all spacious, quiet, exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. All supplies were provided and plentiful, and everything was first class—Silverware, dishes, blankets, TV, DVD players. We could not have been more pleased with our accommodations, nor with our condo host. Sheri went out of her way to make our stay a very pleasant one.   • Great condo and very spacious! I loved the warmth of the fireplace in the mornings. I especially enjoyed the serenity of the complex. During our visit in March, the fruit trees, shrubs, and flowers at the nearby farms and golf courses were all in bloom and it was really lovely and relaxing.
