The Emerald Isle Resort consist of beautiful beachfront condos in the heart of Pensacola Beach. The unit is on the 15 floor with breathtaking views of the sugar sand beaches and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Equally stunning views of the Sound. Two pools, one of them heated during the cooler months and a large hot tub for relaxing in the evening. Private balcony and exercise room overlooking the pools/beach. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, putt-putt golf, jetskiing, parasailing and even Funny Car Rental. Right up the road from beautifully kept public tennis and basketball courts.

This comfortably decorated unit will provide you with all the amenities of home. Full Kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils, blender and coffee maker. Full washer and dryer, dish washer, refrigerator/ice maker. King size bed in the Master bedroom and two Twins in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the Living area. Garden tub in the master bath.

Downtown there is the historic district also known as Seville Square, shopping malls and Air Naval Station Museum (home of The Blue Angels).

First timer… but not last!

We loved everything about the property from the security of the property to the beach to the view from the unit. I didn’t miss one sunrise!! The beds were really comfortable. Enjoyed many walks on the beach. So many great restaurants and activities to do within walking distance. The only issue that we had during our stay was that one of the elevators seemed to continuously be down, so only having one elevator in a 17 story building made for longer wait times. My favorite beach in Florida had been Clearwater Beach, but after being here I may have a new favorite.

Great place for family vacations

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was perfect and within walking distances to restaurants and shops. Absolutely liked the beach toys that were there for kids! Very quiet and family oriented condo. Kitchen was fully stocked and functional and loved the ice machine.

Perfect getaway

We loved staying at Emerald Isle. There's a great view and nice patio seating. The place was very clean upon arrival and instructions were clear. The recommendations for food by the host were spot on! We would stay here again for sure.

Lovely view

The location and view can’t be beat. The condo is well furnished but needs some repairs. Paul was very responsive to our communications and had the dryer fixed quickly. The floor was quite dirty on arrival but we sent pics to Paul and hopefully this has been corrected by the next housekeeper.
