The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. The beach was just far enough away that you can still here the ocean but the noise from the people on the beach did not disturb us. Our 5 year old grandson had a ball and did not want to leave. Our deposit was returned within a week after our stay. I spent many hours on line looking for a rental on the beach and I can promise you will not find another property like this one for the money. This condo and the owner is just wonderful. We will return for another vacation. We would highly recommend this property to anyone for their vacation.

My husband and I spent a weekend at this condo and had a wonderful time. The unit is neat and clean and well decorated and had absolutely everything we needed for a great vacation. The location is very private and quiet. Thanks, Marcia - we will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful time......steps to the beach and the condo is fully equipped. It was a very simple process to reserve this and we will certainly stay there again. It's close to town and the condo had a excellent list of restaurants and activities near by. We will definitely recommend this to friends and family.

After looking all over the area for a decent hotel at a decent price somewhere remotely near the beach, I came up empty handed. Then I found this place it was perfect for our family of 4 and so reasonable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing 3 days at the beach. The wildlife is teaming at Pajaro Dunes. We collected a ton of sand dollars at low tide and saw seals swimming, pelicans diving for fish and more. The kids couldn't build enough sand castles. The Dunes will be a destination again and again for many years to come. This rental was clean and easy to use. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating as this was a last minute rental on our drive down to the coast we did it all by phone and email. My deposit was returned promptly. Only one less than positive: cleaning crew showed up 1/2 hour before check out.

This condo has a great location, with a wonderful view! The condo has some updates, but isn't completely updated. After pricing around, I feel the price is very fair, and the owner includes the cleaning in the price, which helps. It has a well-stocked kitchen. The process was easy and trouble free to book and get the key. We had a great weekend, and would like to return someday. Pajaro Dunes are fantastic!
