Located in the heart of Glenville, this beautiful new Timber Frame home combines rustic charm with custom touches throughout. Outside-from a rocking chair under the covered deck-you can relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air, the stream running through the property, the pasture and the breathtaking sunsets coming over the mountain tops and lake.
Inside the open floor plan features a wood-burning stone fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, eating area and laundry facilities. A convenient half-bath completes the great room. The first floor master bedroom offers the same view as the deck from your queen bed and includes a private bath with tub/shower. Up the spiral staircase you will find a guest room with queen bed and a loft with twin beds and TV. These two rooms share a bath with shower.
If your beloved pet is a dog, he or she may join you on your vacation (with some restrictions). Smoking outside only.
Also available: bright, cheerful bedroom with queen bed, TV, sitting room with microwave, coffee pot and bar-size refrigerator, screened porch and private entrance.

It is surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains at 3600' and located around Lake Glenville with over 26 miles of shoreline.
