It is just minutes from the white, sandy beach at Anaeho’omalu Bay, the King's Shops, Beach Golf Course, Kings Golf Course, the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel, and the Marriott Waikoloa Beach Hotel. This two-bedroom, two and a half bath townhome has a great view of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. The Colony Villas complex has two pool areas. Each pool area has a large pool, (kiddie) pool, and jacuzzi. There are also propane grills and plenty of lounge chairs. There is a fitness center within the complex. The Waikoloa Beach Resort is also home to the Kings Golf Course designed by Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish. It features links-style golf carved over and around an ancient lava flow. It is highlighted with undulating fairways, multiple tee placements, challenging pot bunkers and a varied mix of green complexes. Par 72,7074 yards, Slope: 133, Rating: 73.9. The King's Shops has several restaurants. Enjoy fine dining at the Big Island Steak House, Roy’s Waikoloa Bar and Grill, Merriman’s Market Café, Grand Palace Chinese Restaurant, and Hama Yu Japanese Restaurant. Casual Dining is available at Dairy Queen/Orange Julius, Island Fish and Chips, Senor Nachos, Kings’ Court Pizza and Grill, Subway Sandwiches and Salads, Starbucks, and Wild Boar Juice and Java. There are also retail shops and specialty boutiques plus a convenience store and gas station. Beach access to the Anaeho'omalu ("A") Bay is behind the Marriott Waikoloa Beach Hotel. Lounge chairs under the palm trees are available at the beach for resort guests. Dive and snorkel boats, and sunset cruise catamarans depart daily from this bay. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving. This villa overlooks the 15th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach course. The living area is extremely large with a 17 foot vaulted ceiling. There are Tommy Bahama furnishings throughout the living area. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and granite counter tops. It comes fully appointed with cookware for all of your cooking needs. The two bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has Tommy Bahama furnishings with a lovely king size bed. The master bath is spacious with a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub. The lanai off the master bedroom overlooks the golf course. The guest bedroom consists of a queen-size bed. The pool is right next to this home.
