Sunny, open floor plan - San Francisco, CA Condo Lodging This brand new flat is centrally located in the highly desirable Pacific Heights neighborhood near shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist attractions. It has a large, open floor plan with a sunny Great Room with a plasma TV, that is perfect for entertaining with family and friends. The beautiful gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a gas Viking range. There is impressive attention to detail throughout, with vaulted ceilings and bamboo hardwood floors. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen size bed, lots of natural light and large closets. Both bathrooms have gorgeous Travertine tiles and a shower with a bathtub. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and sitting area with a couch and satellite TV. The large backyard is tastefully landscaped with a lush grass lawn, a patio with outdoor furniture, a gas heating lamp, and a gas BBQ. This is a great place to come and relax after a day out in the San Francisco Bay Area. There is also a washer and dryer, wireless internet, telephone with unlimited local, and Direct TV satellite with all of the premium channels. Security Deposit- $400
50% of rent is due within 1 week of reservation to hold dates
50% due 60 days prior to stay
The week's of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve are $2,150
