What a lovely time my family had in San Francisco. Your apartment was lovely, well-appointed and soothingly calm, and we loved the layout of the apartment, which was perfect for us, our two children and our baby nurse. Your location was also ideal, with easy access everywhere. Finally, we very much appreciated your working with us to have baby gear delivered to the premises and picked up again -- for cross-country travelers with two young children, facing increasingly more expensive luggage fees (not to mention the hassle of extra luggage), that factor alone was a godsend.

We recently stayed at this condo from May 23 - 30. We were 3 couples and found it to be just right for our needs. One of the three bedrooms is a little smaller than the others but nonetheless, we all found it to be comfortable and well equipped. It is very spacious, bright and modern. We all enjoyed our stay and were happy to have a great place to relax and be able to enjoy each other’s company. We would defiantly book this condo again. The location (Pacific Heights) is GREAT!! Nothing is too far away and not to mention the views!! What a beautiful City. This place really met our needs and made our trip to San Francisco a memorable one. Many thanks.

This is a fantastic vacation or business rental if you want easy access to the city. It is incredibly spacious and was extremely tidy and organized, just like a hotel. There is lots of public transportation accessible, but parking is easy too. I highly recommend!

This is the perfect, spacious, comfortable flat in a great pacific heights location. We loved walking to local shops and brunch at Ella's. We were so comfortable and took advantage of outdoor space. I highly recommend for anyone who wants a great, central location and luxurious accommodations.

This condo was clean and spacious. We had 6 adults and there was enough space for all of us to hang out. It was also pretty quiet: with the bedroom doors shut it was difficult to hear what was going on which was great if you wanted to sleep in. The kitchen was nice and open - we liked the chairs around the island. It was usually the place we did our planning for the day. The location of the condo was good. My friends ended up going running to Golden Gate Park multiple times. Also there were multiple buses nearby that could take you wherever you want to go (public transportation in SF is great - get a muni pass!). There was a Trader Joes within walking distance which made grocery shopping super easy. We had a car for our stay but only used it to go out of the city. Parking options were on street (moving it every 2 hours) or putting it in a garage for the day. It was manageable but if you are staying in the city, don't get a car! The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is (I'd give it 4.5 stars if they'd let me): - the wireless didn't work. 6 adults / 3 computers and 1 wired line. It was annoying, especially since one of us needed to work during the week. We even called the modem vendor as per the condo instructions which turned out to be a waste of time. - The living room could have used another comfy chair. The couch wasn't big enough so that all 6 of us could lounge on it.
Owner response:We are so glad to hear this guest enjoyed their stay! In response to this feedback we are upgrading our wireless service so future guests will not have similar problems. We are also in the process of buying some additional seating for the living room. We look forward to having you stay with us in San Francisco!

Our family, three couples and all adults, really enjoyed staying at this wonderful home with a great location in San Francisco. We liked being able to have a great room adjacent to the kitchen as that seems to be where we all hang out. The unit has many great features, including plenty of cookware & appliances, loads of glasses/dishes, nice linens, etc. We found the unit clean, nicely decorated, with easy to follow directions for keys, laundry, etc. It's easy get around town and to attractions due to the convenient location and the bus is just down the street. We were in town for a week, and I would recommend getting a 7 day Muni pass ($26). You can ride all the city buses and trolleys. You really don't need a car, but we had two and parking was a bit tricky, but overall worked out well. All in all a beautiful, spacious and centrally located accommodation.

First let me say WOW. What a beautiful apartment. My family and I stayed here during our trip to San Francisco. This flat was roomy and comfortable for all of us: three couples and one little one aged 2 at the time. This was a beautiful place to come home to after walking around all day exploring the city. It is centrally located and was wonderful to walk out the door and find all kinds of boutiques and coffee shops- not to mention the amazing views of the city. We loved the place so much we ended up eating in a couple of nights because it was so fabulous and spacious for all of us to hang out and talk and eat. I can't wait to come back and spend a week there again soon! The owner was incredibly kind and helped us with touristy questions we had. The place was SPOTLESS. And again the modern kitchen and style of the place made it so fantastic and almost hard to leave to go out sightseeing!!!

We stayed at this property with 2 other couples and there was plenty of room and it was very comfortable. The bus picks you up right down the street and once you get the schedule down - it's pretty convenient to get around town. The house is not walking distance to Union Square but the bus was nice to have. Beds were comfy and towels were nice. They were a little short on seating in the living room for 6 people, but all in all a good place.

We loved our stay in this delightful, lovely home. The house is beautifully appointed with a wonderful kitchen, comfortable living area and lovely bedrooms. We found ourselves dropping by the house mid day to relax and regroup before our next sightseeing trip...the location is truly perfect...just minutes away from Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf, China Town, The Presidio, The Marina, and City! We also looked forward to returning home every night as the house was so cozy and peaceful. The neighborhood has wonderful restaurants (Ella's, Pomodoro's, Eliza's) and a great grocery store (Calmart) just blocks away. We loved San Francisco and equally enjoyed day trips to Muir Woods, Napa Valley and Sausalito! The owners were very nice to work with and gave us great dining tips. I would love to stay here again and would recommend it to all of our friends. This house is really a gem!

Our family of all adults thoroughly enjoyed staying at this wonderful home in a great location in San Francisco. We liked being able to have a common area, place to cook, and privacy. The flat has many great features, including high quality cookware & appliances, plenty of glasses/dishes, soft sheets and towels, etc. We found the flat very clean, nicely decorated, with easy to follow directions for keys, laundry, closeup, etc. We were easily able to get around town and to attractions due to the convenient location. The only issue we had was the challenge with parking, but that too wasn't too bad. The owners were a pleasure to work with and answered our questions promptly. I would definately come back to San Francisco and this flat. It was like being home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely flat. The owner was very responsive and provided us with all the information we needed to find our way around the area. The apartment is exceptionally well maintained with plenty of high quality sheets, towels and even several sets of placemats for the table. A lot of care went into the planning of the flat with privacy in the bedrooms, supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms and thoughtfully planned space for group gatherings. Public transportation was right out the door, connecting to transportation anywhere in the Bay Area. I would recommend this lovely, well furnished flat without hesitation.

We loved every minute of our stay at this "home away from home" in San Francisco! The flat was beautiful, inviting, clean and very well-maintained - just as described online. The kitchen opened into the living room which was where we hung out together for most of our stay. The owner's were extremely helpful and recommended several neighborhood streets that we could walk to, where we shopped and ate lunch and dinner. Our favorite was a place called Ella's restaurant - it was only a few blocks and had the most amazing brunch! We highly recommend this rental to others and will definitely stay again in the future!

This flat combines comfort and elegance with a great location--just blocks from exciting Fillmore Street restaurants and shops and close to bus lines that head to Union Square or Golden Gate Park. The nearby Japantown neighborhood is friendly and fascinating as well. Inside the flat is a quiet, comfortable cocoon, with silky sheets, fluffy towels and soft carpets. The owner thought of everything in remodeling the kitchen. A family group of five really enjoyed the time we spent "at home" in San Francisco. We would definitely return and recommend to a friend.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely home during our recent trip to San Francisco! It was nicely decorated and very clean. The owners were very helpful and the neighbors were great! Mollie Stone's was a nearby market that was perfect! They had a great deli, sourdough bread and fresh produce. We packed a picnic lunch for a trip to Muir Woods (the picnic basket was one of many extras in this great vacation rental!) We can't wait to come back!

Walk up a flight of stairs to a completely renovated / modern flat with new granite counter tops in the kitchen. Open floor plan makes it nice for gatherings. Close to Fillmore Street Shopping and only four blocks from Trader Joes. Nice back yard too! Very friendly and helpful owners and neighbors help you enjoy your stay. Best if you plan to use public transportation, as parking in all of San Francisco is difficult.

If you're going to visit San Francisco, staying at a place like this is the way to go. We were a group of 8, extended family, and this house was just what we needed - it was just like it was described by the owner, and it was beautifully kept. The house has been recently remodeled, so everything looks brand new. Even the kitchen was fantastic, with top of the line appliances, granite countertops, pots, pans, silverware, all organized so you feel almost like in a hotel. Down to the small shampoo bottles in the bathrooms which were a nice detail. The property is well located, close to downtown, and walking distance from groceries, restaurants, etc. I would go back there without a doubt, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
