The beach access is directly out the front door. The home is just a short drive to Ocean Creek. The Beach Club is just a short 300 yard walk. In 2007 the house was newly renovated and has new furnishings and bedding throughout.

Fripp Island is 3 1/2 miles long ensuring that all amenities are close. Paved bicycle, skating or jogging trails traverse the island. Wildlife is abundant. Deer, raccoons, herons, egrets, ospreys and alligators are common sights. Loggerhead turtles lay many nests on Fripp Island each year. Nature centers on Fripp and nearby Hunting Island provide hours of enjoyable activities on the beaches, in the forests or marshes. Once you arrive, park the car and rent a golf cart for island transportation.
There are 2 golf courses located on Fripp. Ocean Creek Golf Course designed by 1997 PGA Champion Davis Love, III (par 71, 6629 yard) has won design honors from Golf Magazine and The Golfer. Ocean Point Golf Links designed by George W.Cobb (par 71, 6556 yard) is a links-style course where the land meets the sea. South Carolina National Golf Club on nearby Cat Island can also be accessed by our guests.
There is Camp Fripp for the kids to get away from the parents for a couple of hours during the day for them to take in other activities, meet other kids, and give Mom and Dad a chance to relax. What a relief for them!
Hollywood has discovered Fripp Island to be fascinating as well. The Ocean Creek and Tidal Marsh areas of Fripp were used as film sets for both Forest Gump and Disney's The Jungle Book!
