The condo exceeded our expectations and we can't believe how beautiful it was. We enjoyed all the luxuries of home....kitchen, laundry, two HUGE bathrooms, etc. Makes traveling so easy. Also this resort is WAY better than many others in the area that were loud and crowded. The pool was perfect. Plenty of space to stretch out, cute children's waterslides, and a great place for a QUIET family vacation. Highly recommend the snack bar -- the waiters are friendly and they have happy hour from 5pm to 6pm everyday with 2 for 1 drinks! Yippee. We will certainly tell our friends about the condo. We would love to come back next year too. This was my 3rd time to PV....my husband had never been here and his comment was "it's the hawaii of mexico!". The balcony is gigantic and the sweeping ocean view was insane! I also enjoyed an unforgettable birthday dinner at il pescatore restaurant in walking distance with candlelight and unbelieveable sunset views of the yacht club, and a deep tissue massage on the beach. Woohoo! The concierge also was nice and helpful.....and even printed our boarding passes for us for free when we left. Thanks again for a relaxing, no hassle experience.

This is by far one of the best units we have ever stayed in. So nice to be able to have breakfast overlooking the mountains in the morning and a evening dinner looking at the sunset. We will be back.

This unit is in the perfect location-Tower 1 Extra large balcony makes for great views of the ocean and mountains. Very nicely furnished. Owners were very good to work with. We plan on renting again.

The views were stunning, condo and space spectacular, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and would recommend a stay here to anyone. The family who owns the condo was especially nice, and left detailed instructions for all of the amenities. We would love to get back to this wonderful place!

This was our third consecutive year in this condo after three years in three different condo's in the same area. This unit has absolutely the best view with a great balcony for late afternoon margaritas while watching the most spectacular sunsets in the world! The location is perfect, the beach is the best and all the available facilities are first class. There is no better place for a winter get-away, it feels so homey, the weather is always perfect and the people are so friendly we never want to leave!

We just came back and everything was more than perfect. Your home is the most beautifull i´ve ever been and believe me, I have traveled a lot and visited a lot of great hotels...We would love to come back to your unit the next year, if I tell you the truth all of us wanted to move there...GRACIAS A TODOS Y ENHORABUENA!!!!! ...we had a fabulous time and loved your place. It was even better than it looked in the photos. The walk down to the main resort was not a problem and it was pretty busy so it was nice to have the quieter option at Playa Royale. I have no doubts that we will rent it from you again if possible.

I just spent a long week-end with my husband and dearest friends. We celebrated our birthdays, and we could not have been in a more beautiful location, country and accommodations. The view is Marvelous, the Sunset is Gorgeous, the Ocean is Calming, the Ocean Breeze is Refreshing. We had a wonderful time and this made my birthday a great one to remember. Thanks

WOW!! We loved being there. The unit surpassed all of our expectations. The sliding glass doors leading out onto the huge lanai brought the outside in to us. It is so beautifully furnished and so roomy, we felt at home right away. We all spent hours just staring at that gorgeous view. The kitchen allowed 2-3 of us to be working there at the same time. What a pleasure to be in a brand new condo.

If you are looking for the perfect place for two or three couples in Nuevo Vallarta, look no further... We just completed the 1st two weeks of February with another couple at Casita Carmela. I believe we were the 1st or 2nd renter since it was offered by the Mathesons. This is an awesome unit! When you enter it for the first time, it is extremely exciting. It is on the south corner of the 7th floor, and with the unique, additional Studio addition, it is especially expansive and flexible, both inside and out - the 180 degree view is to die for! The furnishings are new and very comfortable and the whole unit is tastefully decorated. The ammenities were more than adequate. The pools and beach-front are wonderful, including the bar and food service available there. We could go on and on, but suffice to say, you will not be let down in any way by choosing this beautiful and comfortable treasure. Melissa, Herb and Connie are very easy to work with and always available for questions or recommendations regarding the unit or the area via email or phone.
