This bright, beautiful, newly renovated, Austrian designed, penthouse condominium offers all the amenities of home, while making Big Boulder Lake and Ski Slopes part of your living room. Our non-smoking condominium is a lakefront unit offering views of skiers in the winter months, boaters in the summer months, and scenic wildlife year round.
The contemporary design offers three bedrooms, all with private baths-master bath has Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, plus a loft area with additional sleeping accommodations. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, one bedroom downstairs has two twin beds, and yet another bedroom downstairs has two full-size beds.
The living and dining areas have windows which overlook the lake, while the balcony offers an upclose look at not only the lake, but the mountain and ski slopes. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the amenities, plus a breakfast bar, all with an open layout to enjoy conversations with guests. The large open two-story living room offers a cozy wood burning fireplace for use in the cold months, and in the warm months this retreat is air-conditioned.
This is a four-season vacation community, offering the use of the Midlake community heated pool and hot tub, or use the owners membership to the Lake Mountain Club which includes a heated pool, beach, lake with boat rentals (non-powered), bike rentals, fishing and tennis. Championship golf and dozens of courses are also nearby.
Many restaurants, bowling, a movie theater, Skirmish, and whitewater rafting are a stone's throw away. If it is the excitement of Nascar at the Pocono 500, or the many festivals-Celtic, Blues, Beer, Wine, and Arts and Crafts - or just relaxing while cooking on the outdoor grill listening to nature, you will appreciate this lovely retreat.
Skiing, snowboarding, and tubing are within walking distance, or take advantage of the shuttle to take you from our parking area to the slopes. Jack Frost and Camelback are also nearby.
