By The Bay is a newly renovated home in a quite area. We just built a new deck and sun room. It is only 1/4 mile from boat dock and Cafe.There is great fishing & Crabing just mins away in the Bay.Catch bait right behind the house. There is 2 beaches just mins away. Lots of shopping and movies, antiques shops.

James Town & Williamburg and water park and Bush Garden, Va Beach are less than 1 hour away. There is lots of good places to eat. Bait and tackle store near by. Gas and boat slips at the boat motel across the road from the house. Come and enjoy the old town of Mathews you may just stay like we did.

Pets are OK if housebroken.
