The house was great. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and all the shops. It was just a great time and I promise you will love the place. The owner of the house is great too. She helps you in anyway she can.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

The house is terrific with all the amenities we could want. In fact the description and the pictures do not do it justice, it was even better than we expected. We have 6 kids from 2 to 23 and everyone was thrilled with the house. There was a crib for the baby and enough room for the older kids. There were places for privacy for each of us but also several places inside and out where we could all be together. The patio turned into a nice hangout and the kids even roasted marshmallows in the backyard fire pit. Everything we needed or wanted to do was close and easy to find. Teresa is amazing. She was attentive, friendly, helpful. A perfect landlord. We would definitely recommend this to others traveling to San Diego, in fact we have.

We booked this gorgeous home for a family vacation and were not disappointed. Great location, comfortable, clean, close to shopping, beach, and owner was more than accommodating. Photos and description are accurate, but being there is much more than can be captured in a picture. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Teresa & Louis for everything - with each of them the best in the future and hope that our paths cross again.
