The beautiful water views offer peace and tranquility. Luxurious accommodations with tile floors throughout living room, kitchen, and the bayed dining room. There are ten foot ceilings and a private screened lanai. We are located across the street from the Naples Ritz Carlton with just a short 2 minute walk to Vanderbilt beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
This quiet, tenth-floor, end unit condominium is well decorated and furnished. It has a master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, large walk-in shower, water closet, bath, and two sinks. The kitchen is fully-equipped and offers a nice water view over the counter top bar. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. The unit is well furnished with linens, towels, WiFi, free long distance US/CAN, new big screen HDTV + 2 BR TVs and DVD/CDs players, and we have our own laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.
The common areas include two pools (no pool noise to our unit), fitness center, hot tub, barbecue area, and assigned underground parking.
Much to do in the area. Fantastic beach with swimming, snorkelling, fishing, and sunbathing. Also theaters, shopping centers, and fine dining all within easy walking distance. There are many fine golf courses a short drive away, as well as downtown Naples for evening entertainment. No smoking and no pets please.
