Why the Owner Chose Chandler
Solera is one of the premier active adult communities in the area. I wanted to offer a vacation rental that had it all; golf, computer center, amazing weather and 2 beautiful pools. I also wanted it close to the Phoenix airport so it was easy to get to.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The decorating is unmatched. If you look at other vacation rental ads, you'll most likely notice inexpensive furniture. Not this house; all my past renters have said it's the nicest place they have stayed. I bought high end items so that you can enjoy a true luxury vacation home.

My wife and I stayed at your property for one month and very much enjoyed the stay. As you stated in your ad, the house is beautiful and the furniture is first rate. We loved the golf course and enjoyed the friendly community. I wish you had it available more often.

We stayed at your beautiful home in 2009 and loved it! The furniture was beautiful, the amenties were perfect - it was the nicest home that we have rented. We rent a house each year for up to 3 months and this is our new favorite. Loved the golf and the people in the community are very friendly and helpful. We will be back in 2010.

My husband and I loved your place! It felt like home to us. We enjoyed the golf, the clubhouse and the grounds and, not to mention, your taste in furniture and decorating. We'll be back next year.
