Spacious 1000 square feet, sleeps 6, and includes a full kitchen oceanfront den, oceanfront master bedroom, second bedroom and two balconies. 2 BRAND NEW QUEEN BEDS in each bedroom! Den and master bedroom Balconies are parallel to ocean or direct oceanfront. Sleeps six on two brand new queen-size beds and new double sleeper futon in den. Many new amenities added in 10/10 including: 2 new queen beds, all new plumbing, new faucets and master toilet.
Five to ten minute drive to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, new Market Commons, new 1-mile MB oceanfront Boardwalk, Coastal Grand Mall, Broadway at the Beach, Pavilion, The Palace, public tennis and basketball courts and parks, hundreds of restaurants, outlet stores, shops, grocery stores, numerous golf courses, churches, casino boat tours, theatres, and near everything. Also, fifteen to twenty minutes drive to House of Blues and Barefoot Landing.
Two private porches overlooking ocean from den and master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, new refrigerator, range/oven, new dishwasher and washer/dryer, new armoire with twenty-seven inch color cable TV, new Sanyo DVD/CD/MP3 player in den and new RCA 100-watt home stereo with CD player, AM/FM stereo and cassette player. Our Ocean Park #1208 condo is also about one mile from the brand new Market Commons (scheduled to open in 3/08) beside MB Internation Airport, which is a huge shopping and retail area featuring places like Tommy Bahama Cafe, PF Cheng's China Bistro, Ultimate California Pizza, Grand 14 Cinema, Gordon Biersch Brewery, Barnes & Noble, Bath & Body Works, Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, etc. Broadway at the Beach is also easily accessible, as well as Ripley's Believe it Or Not Aquarium, and tons of other attractions. Barefoot Landing is about 20 miles from the resort.

We stayed in Ocean Park #1208 from 6/2/12-6/9/12 and really enjoyed our time there. We have 3 children from 7-13 and they all enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. The resort is located in a great area for families and we were not far from anything that we wanted to do. The condo is very spacious and exceptionally clean and the view from the balconies is priceless!! We will deffinitly be returning in the future to stay at Ocean Park #1208!!! Thank You for the wonderful memories this condo has helped provide for my family!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We rented this condo for the week of April 3rd 2010 to April 10th 2010. It was our first opportunity to stay a full week at the beach. We really enjoyed our time here and are already planning a fall trip. This condo is everything the ad says and a wonderful place to stay, Mr. Hines is a great owner and I plan on booking all my future trips at one of his properties. Give this condo a try you won't be disappointed.Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, people with disabilities.

My family and I stayed at this condo for the July 4th week in 2007. It was fantastic for the price! The kitchen is very spacious, the washer and dryer work fantastically, the view is amazing.
