This is a wonderful condo that we have enjoyed many times. The owners have provided a very beautiful and very clean condo with everything a guest might need and much more. All of the extras that have been provided -- from the dvds, books, and games to the beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels help to make the visit like you were with family. The balcony is perfect for watching the dolphins,, the waves or for catching a snooze in the shade. We have visited at least four times since we discovered this great condo and look forward to many repeat visits.

Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Honeymoon Haven

Harris Haven was the most spectacular placed we have stayed on the Gulf Coast. We stayed there for our our honeymoon and could not have picked a better place. The pictures are absolutely accurate, but the place is even nicer in person. It was immaculate and FULLY equipped with all essentials and then some. The location is beautiful and offers just enough private beach to make it really enjoyable. It is very close to Pier Park which has great shopping and dining as well as family fun/attractions. It is also minutes from Seaside and Rosemary Beach and Thomas Donuts is right across the street and delicious. You have to try the red velvet cake donuts...They're Amazing! Cathy and Dan have truly thought of everything for their guest. Thanks so much for helping to make our honeymoon unforgettable!

Our stay at the Emerald Isle was remarkable. The pictures they show on the website are exactly what the condo looks like. Its incredible!! Very well kept and clean and will have to say was very well stocked. This has been one of the best organized condo's we have stayed in thus far. We have been vacationing in PCB for about 17 years now and this was everything it said in the description and more. Our grandson loved the DVD selection that you guys kept in the condo. Would recommend this property to our friends and our relatives. Again it was amazing and thank you for letting us stay in your home away from home.

We just love staying at Harris Haven for our Canadian Winter Getaway. Dan & Cathy can't do enough for us they are terrific hosts and the building is the best on the beach. We will keep coming back as long as we can.

We visited Harris Haven from 6/5 -6/13/2009. This is our second time to visit. It was great just as before. The beautiful beach view never changes. The weather was great. We spent a lot of time out on the "giant" balcony reading books and relaxing. Dan and Cathy "consistently" provide much needed conveniences such as beach stuff, towels, chairs, and multitudes of other supplies needed for a great week. We enjoyed several DVDs while there. My playstation golf is getting better. If you are flying in from somewhere, don't worry about bringing a lot of extras because Dan and Cathy have it all covered. The week was, once again, a wonderful time and we hope to return again soon. Thanks again for a great week and more great memories.

Not just a condo with the view!!! We expected just a good view and accommodation. But it was a complete surprise to be met at the parking lot, to be helped with our luggage on the 20th floor. To get a playpen for our youngest to sleep ( which we surely forgot at home), to be able to sleep long in the morning because all our 3 older kids discovered a full closet of beach toys. And to be offered a free night on the weekend because it was open. We never expected such a warm welcome from our new friends in Florida. We are definitely coming back!!!

Myself, two girlfriends and three of our kids stayed at this wonderful condo last October and we are definately going back this year. The Harris' provided us with everything we needed to make our stay worry free. There was plenty of room for the six of us without ever feeling crowed, although, we spent most of our time on the balcony...what a spectacular view!! We have started making this years plans and are already getting excited. I have a feeling that staying at the Harris' condo is going to become a yearly tradition for us.

I cannot say enough about this condo, it is beautifully furnished and at a great location, but the best thing about it is that the owners have gone out of their way to make sure you have EVERYTHING that you could possibly need. Everything from beach chairs, toys and towels to movies and books are here for you to use. Add to that the fact that we were able to bring our dog with us and you couldn't ask for anything more. We had a wonderful vacation and can't wait to go back.

What a great get away. From a couple of locals who want to get away for the week, we couldn't recommend a better location. Located at the quiet end of Panama City Bch, Harris Haven provides a great location but more importantly a really nice unit. The complex is new and the unit could not be better appointed. Furnishings, TV's, coolers, beach towels, it has it all.

We just arrived home from an amazing vacation. When we first started looking for a condo we were a little nervous because it was our first time renting and we weren't sure how the whole experience was going to go. We spoke with a few different people and after speaking with Dan on the phone we were certain that this was the condo we were going to stay in. When we arrived, Dan met us at the condo and made sure we had everything we needed, we felt right at home. The condo was spectacular, the veiw was breathtaking! The condo itself is very spacious, we had 4 adults and 3 children with us and still had plenty of room. We had an amazing time! We are already trying to figure out when to go back to Emerald Isle 2009! I would highly recommend this condo. Thank you Dan and Cathy for letting us stay in your condo, we appreciate all of the time and effort you put into making us feel right at home. We just returned from our PCB vacation where we stayed at Harris Haven (Emerald Isle #2009) and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The condo is like new and beautifully decorated. The balcony is huge with comfortable furnishings and ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. The owners (Dan & Cathy) have provided every convenience (e.g. beach supplies, movies, games, etc.) to make your vacation experience easy and relaxing. They are also kind enough to allow pets and our bichon loved being with the family. The complex itself is a great location on the quiet west end and is convenient to Pier Park and all recreational activities. We will definitely choose Harris Haven (Emerald Isle #2009) again and would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is planning a PCB vacation.

I have just returned from my second stay at Dan & Cathy's Emerald Isle Condo. It is such a lovely place and they go out of their way to add many extra, personal touches -- it just makes the experience that more enjoyable. Not only is their unit beautifully decorated and "modernized", but the entire complex is equally as nice -- the grounds are kept spotless, elevators are clean and fragrant. And how they arrange for us to have perfect weather year after year is really something !! Emerald Isle #2009 is our favorite PCB "vaca" place -- and I will always check the availability of Dan & Cathy's unit as soon as I begin planning any future trips.

We just got back from a wonderful 4 days in paradise....at Harris Haven! What a fantastic place this is! We loved the balcony, the beach and the pools! OMG! This place was awesome. Not only was it as nice as my home, but just as comfortable. Dan & Cathy have thought of everything. We can't wait to stay there again and bring our little dachshund! My kids loved the movies and games. The view from the balcony is hypnotizing. We loved watching the dolphins and stingrays. Great trip!

FABULOUS in every way possible. Dan & Cathy, the Owners, have taken great care to provide all the comforts of home. Wonderful views from the expansive balcony with LOTS of room for outdoor relaxing. Pools were great and ocean is so close it only takes a step or two to be on the beach. Every comfort you can imagine. I will definitely be back many more times. Wow! We loved our stay! The condo was perfect! It was so nice to have the extras (movies, games, patio furniture, and beach chair and towels)! The kitchen was also just like home with everything we needed! The mattresses were so comfortable that I didn't wake up once during the night while there! It was perfect for my husband and I, my parents, and my brother and his girlfriend. The extra cot made it where no one had to sleep on the floor since the couch turned into a bed, too! Cathy was really nice too! She was there to met us and was so helpful by e-mailing me several times before we went with imformation (parking passes and how to get there!) Molly, the dog, also loved her first trip to the beach! We really appreciated the thoughfulness that made our stay perfect! I definately recommend this condo and give it 10 stars! We will definately go back!

We just returned from a week at Harris Haven and this condo is fabulous! It looks like a model home, is immaculately clean and is equipped with all the extras, right down to beach chairs and large fluffy beach towels. Our 7 year old was delighted with the XBox and large selection of movies! The view from the balcony is amazing as well. It's a plus that we could also bring our two small dogs. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed! The pictures don't do it justice. The condo has absolutely everything you will need plus more! It was very clean and our pups sure did enjoy being able to be a part of the "family vacation". The view is incredible. Dan and Cathy were such a delight to deal with and it was much nicer than going through a rental company and having to check in/out with the crowds. This is officially our only place to stay in PCB. You won't be disappointed!

Harris Haven was definetly the nicest condo that we have ever stayed in throughout our years of vacationing!! And it is somewhere that we plan to stay again. The pictures on the websites dont do justice. The decor in the condo was wonderful and anything that you needed was right there for you! We felt like we were at our home away from home. And so did our babies, Bandit & Smokey Bear(our pomeranians). The Harris' were very hospitable & made sure that your vacation was one that you will never forget!! This condo is definitely one of the very nicest we have stayed in while vacationing in PCB. The amenities of the complex are excellent and the owners have thought of everything in including "extras" like an xbox game system, dvd movies and beach supplies for the use of guests. Highly recommended!

HARRIS HAVEN should be HARRIS HEAVEN!!!We travel to P.C.B. about 4 x's a yr. This by far was the best condo we've stayed in at P.C.B.! It has everything you need to relax and unwind. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. Mike's Diner across the street great for breakfast! Loved the awesome patio recliners! Dave and Susan

We just returned from our vacation (8/11-8/19). We were so comfortable staying in this condo. It was very accomodating, and Dan and Cathy even had a closet full of beach stuff! (chairs, towels, toys..) We also enjoyed the book they had put together with all of the restaurant menus-most days reading through the menus helped us to decide where to eat! We have been to Panama City Beach several times and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. Thank you Dan and Cathy! We are excited to start planning next year's vacation!
