"Well-Maintained Home" I haven't stayed at this house, but I live in this neighborhood. The house is always very well maintained, and I see owner frequently tending to the lawn. It appears to be very well cared for and loved. This is a great, safe, historic neighborhood with tons of charm. And the description of a 5-minute walk to Kyle Filedis isn't exactly accurate, I would think it's more like a 1-2 minute walk! You could practically throw a rock and hit the stadium. Surprisingly, the dome shape of the field cancels out a lot of the noise, so you probably won't get a lot of noise while inside the home. I would recommend this home if you're looking for a super game day location or just visiting our fair twin cities.

"Victoria, We had a wonderful time staying in your home. If so reminded me of the home I lived in as a small child in the country ouside of Hallsville, Tx. Your home is cozy and homey which made for a totally relaxing visit with our son. On Thursday evening, my son invited some friends over - we cooked hamburgers on the grill and watched the Mavs beat the Heat in Game Five!! Those will be some awesome memories - the kids were so excited!! Sounds of laughing and joyous cheers filled the living room! Your yard and outside areas are beautiful and delightful - a peaceful place to enjoy our coffee in the mornings. The amenities in the house are beyond words. I have never stayed in a place so truly equipped with everything you can possibly need! Thank you so much for opening your home to families of Texas A&M students. It gave my son a much needed family-filled weekend before starting an internship - beginning in New York City and ending in Houston. "This is a great house to rent and enjoy all TAMU has to offer! We just enjoyed a stay over Labor Day and it was fantastic! It is right by campus / Kyle Field! We walked to the game and Yell. A 1 month stay --- "Our family loved your home. You have managed to preserve the original character of the house (beautiful wood floors, French windows, etc.) and yet provide all the modern conveniences (updated bathrooms, TV, well-stocked kitchen). The history of the home was interesting. Would have liked to met your mom and seen all the children in the house! We enjoyed the location-close to A&M shops and our favorite neighborhood in College Station. It certainly fit our needs while easing our daughter back into College life as she recovered from surgery. "Victoria, We had a fantastic stay at the house. We were the luckiest coaches in College Station as the temperatures dipped to the low 30s. "We loved staying here over Thanksgiving weekend. It was great to have the ability to cook a full fledged turkey dinner and have the space to share with relatives and our daughter's friends. We had relatives from Idaho come down and join us. It was great to have a place we could all hang out and yet be close enough to enjoy the Aggie festivities. "We love your house! It gave a scrapbooker like me many photo ops. We were here to have an early Thanksgiving with our 2 Aggies but if you smell cumin and garlic, it's because I cook Mexican food.
