This 2 unit villa offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths each, offered jointly or separately. These units have new modern kitchens fully equipped with new appliances. Also for our guests' convenience, there is a new stack unit washer and dryer in each!

Step out back into a tropical garden with fruit trees and colorful lush folliage which surround a screened in patio and inground pool. Plenty of room and chairs for sunbathing, lounging, dining al fresco, barbequeing on a gas grill or just relaxing in the evening. This getaway retreat is located just steps to the beach with convenient ocean access. Entertainment is close with all shops and restaurants nearby.

One block to Fort Lauderdale Beach! Right off of A1A. Home is so close to all shopping and restaurants! Shooters, Playa, Bootlegger! 1/2 mile to Oakland Park Boulevard. 1/2 mile to Sunrise Boulevard. 1 mile to shopping centers, pharmacies(Walgreens, Eckerd), markets (Winn-Dixie, Publix), etc. Golfing is only a 5 minute ride away.

  • This place is fabulous....very clean, and just a short walk to the beach. Anthony (the owner) over states the distance to the beach in that he states it is 3 minutes....it is not it is under a minute. There are chairs, parasols, everything you need for the beach. The air conditioner works perfectly, The house is super clean with wooden floors (no carpets) very quiet neighbour hood. In between Oakland and Sunrise...very classy neighbourhood, close to everything interesting in Fort Lauderdale Thanks Anthony for a super vacation week RC

  • We enjoyed our stay in Ft. Lauderdale, the house was comfortable and clean. Having a pool also was a blessing for the kids, it also was very clean. I would recommend staying at this house it is close to everything, when we come back to florida I would definately come back to Tonys house. Thanks for everything...
