Everything in this condo is virtually brand new. Warm, tasteful decor, fully equipped, centrally located. Just steps (50 or so) to town lift, Kimball Art Center, restaurants, bars, shopping, free shuttle bus service to Deer Valley, The Canyons ski resorts. You don't really need a car but if you have one there are two parking spots. One is covered.
Kitchen has custom woodwork, built in dining area with room for 6-8. Gorgeous travertine floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom lighting. There is also a custom built ski locker with room for all your skis, boots, helmets and gloves. Main living area has distressed pine floor, gas log, rock fireplace, flat panel LCD TV, DVD, CD stereo, full size murphy bed.
Both bathrooms have granite and travertine. One with pedestal sink and a great shower. The second has a jetted bathtub/shower for a great muscle relaxing soak.
One bedroom has a queen size bed, large TV with DVD player. Second bedroom has two twin beds, small TV with DVD player. Both have good sized closets and lots of drawers and hooks.
There is a laundry room and additional ski locker downstairs.

My family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, well appointed condo. It was so clean, comfortable, updated, and well decorated. Everything we needed was there for us. We stayed in this condo during the sundance film festival. To say it was perfect would be an understatement. It was steps from great skiing, all the great resturants on main street and the nightlife and celebrity spotting we were looking forward to. The condo was a real "home away from home" with all of the amenities including comfortable beds, luxurious linens and a full kitchen so perfect for our group when we dined in and cozied up in front of the fire with some bottles of wine. We can't wait to come back and won't hesitate to book here again and again. The owners were so friendly and such a pleasure to do business with!

My family and I had a fantastic Park City weekend. We really enjoyed your condo. The location is perfect. It is the perfect summer or ski condo. We also enjoyed bobsledding, zip lining, ski jumping into pool (kids only), alpine sliding, mountain biking and lots of great food.

The condo was great! The kitchen was perfect for us, and having 2 bathrooms was ideal! Great location, very close to Main Street with its restraunts and shops. New furniture, comfortable beds, and 2 TV's worked out great!

We had a GREAT time! The condo was perfect for the 5 of us, and everything we needed was ready for us when we arrived! The condo was very nicely furnished, making our stay confortable. The location of condo was perfect, one block from the lift and main street. Looking forward to next year!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo! Location was an easy one minute/ one block walk to the downtown lift and you can ski back home right to this area. The downtown shopping area is the same distance, so it is great for night life. The pictures accurately depict the nice, NEW interior of this condo. Modern upscale appliances, comfortable beds and linens and a fireplace. Indoor parking was also a plus! The owners were a pleasure to work with and had everything ready for us. We'd definitely stay here again.
