Living Room, Murphy bed in wall - Park Avenue, Utah Condominium Rental Everything in this condo is brand new. Warm, tasteful decor, fully equipped, centrally located. Just steps (50?) to town lift, Kimball Art Center, restaurants, bars, shopping, free shuttle bus service to Deer Valley, The Canyons ski resorts. You don't really need a car but if you have one there are two parking spots. One is covered. Kitchen has custom woodwork, built in dining area with room for 6-8. Gorgeous travertine floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom lighting. There is also a custom built ski locker with room for all your skis, boots, helmets, gloves plus a boot/glove dryer. Main living area has distressed pine floor, gas log, rock fireplace, flat panel LCD TV, DVD, CD stereo, full size murphy bed. Both bathrooms have granite and travertine. One with pedestal sink and a great shower. The second has a jetted bathtub/shower for a great muscle relaxing soak. One bedroom has a queen size bed, large TV with DVD player. Second bedroom has two twin beds, small TV with DVD player. Both have good sized closets and lots of drawers and hooks. There is a laundry room and additional ski locker downstairs.
