The unit was everything we hoped for - CLEAN, updated, well-equipped, friendly staff, great location! There are lots of options for sunbathing from the pool to the beach and even caters to those who want shade on the beach. The proximity to the point on the beach is ideal for shelling and exploring at low tide. I would highly recommend it to anyone! My only advice would be that there are no basics in the unit (dish soap, foil, plastic baggies, etc)so you need to bring all that with you. Also, we had planned to grill on the beach but it was a charcoal grill, not a gas grill, and we didn't want to deal with the mess of charcoal.

We really enjoyed this unit! It was well-appointed, bright, crisp and clean! The owner and on-site manager were terrific - We messed up our itinerary and arrived a day early but they happily accommodated us! The location is excellent - just steps away (directly across the street) from dining and drinks (Captain Curt's) as well as a grocery store, ice cream parlor, small shops and even a boat rental place). Of course, the beach was awesome and the kids also enjoyed the pool. We highly recommend this unit!

We have been staying at Sea Shell for the past 7 years and found this unit to be the most beautiful and comfortable yet. It has been completely renovated and offers great accommodations for a family with kids. The unit has everything you need (all you have to do is bring the food) and has the state's best beach a few yards away. We will definitely be back!

We just returned from Siesta Key, and we were very pleased with this Condo, we have stayed at the Sea Shell before but this unit was terrific!! We are looking forward to next year and strongly suggest this unit. My kids were also very pleased, equipped with beach toys,chairs, umbrellas, coolers and tv's in both bedrooms along with a flat screen in the living room. Great for a family!

A wonderful clean unit with perhaps the best location on the key. The sand was truly white powder, the accomodations were fantastic and we will be back for sure.
