As for the area, several of the areas most beautiful beaches are just a few miles from the resort and are accessible from the local trolley systems.

My husband and I love renting our beautiful cottage to nice families. We have two children of our own and just love it at Summer Village.
Why the Owner Chose Wells
I grew up in Wells and have always loved the area. As soon as we came across Summer Village we knew we had to buy a cottage.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
Our kids love the pools, the movie night, the kids programs and the ice cream truck that comes through at 3pm on hot summer days. It's a fun community, a great getaway and a nice family location. Can't beat the proximity to the beaches and Ogunquit.
