Fantastic location. You can walk to Ski Time Square, shops & restaurants & ride the free city bus shuttle. This condo is so convenient. From the ski-in trail, you walk directly to the level of your ski locker & condo. This level also has the hot tub. Doesn't get much better than that.

I have been visiting Steamboat for years. I always wanted to buy a condo but after talking to the big management companies, I didn't feel comfortable that they would take care of my investment. You can ski-in and walk-out. It is a very short walk to Ski Time Square. The hot tub is on the same level as the condo. I added a washer & dryer to my unit. Everyone else in the building has to share.
