Large 1,450 sq.ft., secluded end unit located in tropical garden setting, nestled in plumeria and orchid trees, palms, and bougainvillea; Five minute walk to Poipu Beach. Completely equipped, remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and new cabinets. The end units in Nihai Kai Villas have an additional 250 sq. ft. more space than the interior units; and extra windows provide additional light and cross-ventilation, resulting in a light, cool, airy living space. The added space provides a larger and more spacious dining area, and a much larger main lanai for outdoor entertainment and enjoyment. Our home is comfortably yet elegantly furnished with artwork and Island treasures. There are TVs in both bedrooms, 32" flat panel TV/DVD in the main living area. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom has twin beds, which can be converted to a kingsize bed. There is High speed cable internet connection for the business traveler or for people who just want to pick up their email or surf the net.
Our condo is one of the most secluded in Nihi Kai Villas making the most of the outdoor living in the four lanais. There are two lanais off the main living area upstairs and one lanai off each bedroom on the downstairs level.
Nihi Kai Villas is one of the best locations near Poipu Beach. It is located in lush tropical gardens that are beautiful the year around. There is a heated swimming pool right across from the ocean, tennis courts. There is also a shared BBQ and picnic area, with picnic tables for your convenience.

Why the Owner Chose Nihi Kai Villas
We love the weather in Poipu and the location is right on the ocean. Brenneke's restaurant is nearby and it is a great place to have lunch or just have a glass of wine and take in the views. There is a great pool just across from the ocean as well as tennis courts. Great place to relax and do nothing and feel good about it.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
During the winter months many of the guests that stay at Nihi Kai go down to the sidewalk across from the ocean with their favorite adult beverage and watch the sun sink slowly into the sea. It can be breath taking at times.

My husband and I fell in love with Kauai on our first trip. We had a friend who bought a place there and she inspired us to make the trip. We soon were looking for a place in Poipu on the Southern tip of the island where the weather is wonderful. We settled on a place in Nihi Kai Villas which is an older but very beautiful complex set in wonderful gardens. The ocean is right across the road. In the winter, the sunsets are magnificent. Many of the guests at Nihi Kai go down to the wall by the road and sit there to watch the sunset!

The condo is very nicely furnished, kitchen is well-equipped, views beautiful. Beds are comfortable with nice bedding. Located close to the beach. The picnic and barbecue area is very nice. The dining area is spacious. Enjoyed views and relaxing on the spacious main lanai. Brennecke's restaurant a short walk (good food at reasonable prices) and the Poipu Beach Park also a short walk. We look forward to our next visit and would highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We were just thrilled with this beautiful townhome. We could comfortably have spent a month here, the extra room and large dining room were wonderful for entertaining our friends and family dinners. We also spent lots of time on the patio, dining and just laying out with a book. The bedrooms are elegant, comfortable, beautiful linens, and the kitchen is the best equipped of any unit we have rented in Kauai. We had such a lovely time in this absolutely beautiful townhome: it seemed a long journey from Canada, but worth every minute. A really well equipped kitchen, which made such a difference to our family, and the extra large dining room really made meals a pleasure. We also ate out a lot on the romantic patio. Took so many photos of the grounds, it is like a botanical garden. Great heated pool about 20 paces from our door, and the ocean a 2 minute walk. Loved the beach equipment too, a great start for us. You can bet that we have already booked for next year. Thank you so much for all of the lovely little touches: it was just a wonderful time. Randy and Jeanne

What an excellent townhome; spacious, well-equipped, and provided with many unexpected comforts and details. The extra windows really give a pleasant cross-breeze and being at the end of the block makes it very quiet. Our hosts provided everything we could possibly have needed, and the kitchen is really equipped for cooking; great surprise. We have already booked for next year. Wayne and Kathie, San Francisco
