This first class vacation rental has been meticulously decorated in a tropical beach and palm theme. A major upgrade renovation has just been completed and you will enjoy all new furniture and a home that has been decorated with careful attention to detail to create a great vacation environment. This rental is actually two 4 bedroom townhomes on a very large lot that can be rented together or separately. The townhomes are side by side located on a private beautifully landscaped lot just a short walk from the beach.
If you like the Mission Beach scene down in San Diego with lots of people and drinking, this is not the rental for you. Encinitas is a much less congested beach neighborhood and this rental is located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Palm House is the ideal place for larger groups to come and enjoy the ocean at a price that isn't out of this world. This nicely decorated townhome is just one short block from the ocean with a beautiful sandy state beach to enjoy. You are also within walking distance of many wonderful Encinitas restaurants. Legoland is just five minutes north while Seaworld, the San Diego Zoo and other popular San Diego attractions are just 30 minutes away. Encinitas is a much less crowded option with amazing beaches you can walk for mile on.
The unique part of this rental is it is almost like two units in one. There are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and a large living/family room area on each floor. Put the kids downstairs or maybe another family there. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen and dining area on each level of the home. We have boogie boards, beach equipment, and pretty much everything you will need to have a wonderful vacation.
There is a beautiful outdoor upper deck area which is entered from the master bedroom. It's the perfect place to soak up the sun or have a barbecue and enjoy the nice outdoor patio furniture. You'll look out to the large backyard nicely landscaped with an angel fountain to add to the quiet peaceful environment. You'll have a gas and charcoal barbecue and beautiful patio furniture to enjoy as well.

Why the Owner Chose Encinitas
Palm House is located perfectly being close to the beach but just far enuogh away to have a peaceful and quiet place to get away from the beach crowds when you want. Beautiful fountains in front and back in a meticulously landscaped yard. Encinitas is a relatively quiet peaceful beach community just 20 miles north of San Diego. So you're close enough to do all the San Diego attractions but don't have to deal with the summertime congestion down there. Enjoy convenient beach access stairway at the end of Grandview St.

My name is Sean Bohan and I've been in the vacation rental business since 1999. I have been a practicing physical therapist in San Diego for 20 years. We've learned so much about what people want to make their vacation special and have carefully set up our rentals to make that our priority. We keep our places extremely clean and fully equipped. We have properties right on the water and some just off the water. Large places for family reunions are a rare find by the beach and we have a perfect set up for getting together large groups. Palm House is a 4 bedroom home with a tropical feel.
