Located 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport, 20 minutes from St. Pete/Clearwater Airport, just off I-275. In between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is on the 1st floor of a small (only 4 units), private condominium. The ultimate in privacy and enjoyment. Covered parking is directly underneath this home and the pool & beach are only steps away.
Entertainment options abound. Disney World, Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Universal Theme Park & Sea World are less than 2 hours. Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Ybor City, & other Tampa attractions are a 30-45 minute drive. St. Petersburg, with its shopping, Minor League Baseball fields, and Major League Baseball Devil Rays is 20 minutes away. It is a pleasant 10-minute drive up the beach to all the activity, shops, and attractions of Clearwater Beach. You can walk to numerous restaurants as well.
For action, you can take a dolphin spotting cruise, go fishing for dinner (they'll clean what you catch for you), or there's an off-shore power-boat cruise that goes 70+ mph. Or you can rent a boat and explore for yourself the many beaches and tropical islands that are only accessible from the water.

The condo was very nice with everything supplied for everyday needs, the loacation is exceptional with many good resturants easy access to many stores including grocery. The beach is beautiful and the view from the balcony amazing. We watched dolphins go by in the morning while having coffee. Absolutrly would recommend this property to all my friends and family.

We want to thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We arrived to find the condo welcoming, immaculate, and comfortable. Every last detail was provided for us, making the entire experience seamless. The condo was absoutely everything described in the listing. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation, and couldn’t have asked for better-suited accommodations. It was perfect for us with the kids - in a smaller building, and having both the beach and pool right there. The vicinity was great for us as well – close to shopping and attractions without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle – perfect for families. We can’t wait to visit again. Thanks!

We have been to Sundowner for the past four years and had a wonderful experience. The condo is spacious and extremely comfortable inside. You are just steps from the beach, plus a pool and hot tub. We have enjoyed our stays more and more each year. We have even extended our stay to two weeks from one. We will be back again.

I wanted to let you know we got into your beautiful condo with no problems at all. The pictures on VRBO are lovely, but don't do the condo justice. We got here around 2:30, found everything pristine and ready, and now we are unpacked and ready to enjoy a lovely August here at Indian Rocks Beach. We have stayed at property several times and found it a great find! The property is clean and well maintained. Easy access to the beach made it great. We took my 77 year old mom and with the use of the elevator, she was able to enjoy the pool and the beach! It is convenient to many attractions and restaurants so we never lacked something to do. We would highly recommend this property to families as well as a couple's getaway.
Owner response:Sundowner is indeed a great option for seniors and families that value easy access and close proximity to the pool, beach and nearby attractions. Parking is immediately adjacent to the stairs and elevator and views of the beach, water and evening sunsets are unobstructed. Enjoy!
