Simply the optimal location with the central position in Andräviertel near Mirabell Gardens. All attractions are reachable within few minutes of walking distance, as well as to the train station with link to the airport, trade fair / exhibition centre, etc. it is not far. Nearby, there is the Salzburg Schrannenmarkt, the pedestrian area Linzergasse, Mozart's residence, University Mozarteum, Mirabell Palace and Mirabell Gardens and Kapuzinerberg.
Generally Andräviertel with its boulevards, shops and restaurants, multi-family houses of turn of the century and the classic, central residential area of Salzburg. You can not live any closer to the downtown than this. Shopping, recreational and cultural activities are also accordingly urban. The modern apartment has an area of about 110 m2 and is ideal for 1 to 10 persons. It consists of entrance hall, kitchen, living and dining room with a very comfortable sofa and a dining table for 10 persons.
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and two bunk beds. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a double bed.
2 bathrooms have shower in each. Toilets are separate, a washing machine is available.
Kitchen is fully fitted with a refrigerator /freezer, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fully automatic espresso machine, etc.
Radio, CD player with iPod + USB connector, cable TV in both living room and bedroom

The city of Salzburg represents one of the most beautiful spots on earth that you can find in Europe, which also found international recognition with the nomination of World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1997. River Salzach divides Salzburg divides into two halves, where impressive buildings are found on both sides.
On the left side is the Hohensalzburg Castle, the cathedral, the royal residency, seminary St. Peter. With the remarkable cemetery, St. Francis Church, University Church and the festival district with large festival hall and House for Mozart as well as the Rock Riding School.
On the right side, you should not miss Mirabell Palace with the romantic Mirabell Gardens and St. Sebastian's Church, with its beautiful cemetery. Somewhat outside of the town is the Hellbrunn Palace with its Trick Fountains and zoo.
