This brand new townhome in downtown Winter Park is within walking distance to virtually all the restaurants, boutiques, ski shops and bars in town. It is situated behind Hernando's Pizza (most popular restaurant in town!) and the Sushi Bar, on the free shuttle route, and has mountain, lake, and river views. A private outdoor hot tub for 4-6 people, outside the master suite, sits directly on the pristine Fraser River. Location, location....
The townhome is very well-appointed and decorated impeccably by an interior designer. The oversized Great Room, kitchen, and dining areas have 13 ft. high ceilings and gorgeous views of the Continental Divide, Fraser River, and Baker Lake. There are three bedrooms - a fully-upgraded king master suite, an upstairs quiet queen-sized room with High Def TV, and a third room with a double/twin beds that comfortably accomodates both adults and children. There is also a queen sleeper-sofa in the Great Room that provides additional sleeping space.
The kitchen/dining room will accommodate at least eight people and is fully equipped with new accessories and utensils. All kitchen/bathroom countertops are granite! For entertainment, there are 3 HDTVs (with over 100 HD channels and surround sound), DVD/CD players, books, and board games for the entire family.

We traveled to Colorado thinking that the soccer tourney we'd play in would be the highlight of this summer vacation. Winter Park was supposed to be a "side trip". Instead we didn't want to leave our Telemark home to go to the tournament! We loved our lodgings so much, that we are looking into purchasing one. The place was gorgeous and immaculate, but it was the location that sold us. The river in the back yard kept the whole family entertained, not to mention the bike path along it that we rode every day! We alternated eating out and cooking. We did wish there was a gas grill. We could walk to town to several restaurants that made the experience even better. Winter Park is a gem of town. We will definitely go back, and if we don't have our own place, I will be lucky to get our same unit in Telemark!

I have heard the term "the people where friendly" before however I have never had the opportunity to use it when discribing a family vacation.Everytime we tell friend's and family about our vacation we find ourselves saying "the people where so friendly" From the Winter Park Lodging staff to the people we met through out our stay.It is a great place to travel with kids and the bus system was a perfect way to get around. The bus staff is very helpful.This community makes you feel right at home!
