Our nicely-decorated (Four Star Canada Select) deluxe three bedroom Chalet-style Cottage is an ideal relaxing getaway with a magnificent view of the rolling landscape overlooking the beautiful Southwest River.The cottage is situated on a one-acre lot with five other cottages nearby.The cottage was newly-constructed in 2002 and a large wrap-around sun deck was added in 2004. Inside is fully-equipped with all the amenities of home, all that is required is the food. From the sundeck,you can enjoy the stunning sunsets reflecting off the water and slowly sinking into the land.
Because we are located in the central part of Anne's Land and near Prince Edward Island's North shore, it leaves our cottage only a short drive to many attractions, such as sandy beaches (Malpeque, Darnley and Cavendish National Beach), fishing villages (New London, Stanley Bridge And French River), amusement and family fun parks in Cavendish and surrounding areas, shopping, and there are many professional golf courses nearby with one only five minutes away.
For your dining pleasure there are many restaurants specializing in seafood and Canadian dishes, or if you wish, you can stop in at the nearby fishing villages and pick up some freshly caught seafood and prepare it yourself. In case of medical emergencies, there is a Medical Clinic five minutes away in nearby Kensington and a Hospital in Summerside, fifteen minutes away. |
