Architect designed, and built with local Vancouver Island stone and cedar, the home is luxurious yet comfortable and relaxing. Warm and welcoming from the entryway on, the light and bright interior of this 2400 square feet West Coast-style home is tastefully and simply decorated.
The spacious living room overlooks the deck, waterfront lawn, fieldstone patio, firepit, and the ocean beyond. A massive floor to vaulted-ceiling stone wall is the centre piece of the living area. The open dining room links the living area to the gourmet kitchen, equipped with all the conveniences and stainless steel appliances.
Three large and comfortable bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, provide comfort and privacy. Caution: the view from the master bedroom may entice you to linger longer in the king-sized bed than planned!
Set back just 30 feet from high tide, this Campbell River vacation rental home has 120 feet of oceanfront. It is easy to stay home and relax, simply enjoying the beautiful scenery, the passing marine traffic in Discovery Passage, and wildlife such as eagles, seals, dolphins and orca whales. Tidal pools and beachcombing are just steps away. In the evening, soak up the sunsets and view the many cruise ships gliding by as you enjoy a fire in the waterfront fieldstone fire pit.
The owner has a separate private studio on the property, and is available is you wish to help plan activities, or will offer local information on restaurants, shopping and other events.

Hi, my name is Jane Hamilton and I am the booking agent for this property in Campbell River. We run a small, local business called Quadra Island Vacation Rentals, and manage properties on Quadra, and also in Campbell River. We have started listing properties all over Vancouver Island, including Nanoose Bay by Nanaimo and in Sointula, which is the community on Malcolm Island...a short ferry ride from Port McNeill.
