There are 2 living areas in this lovely home, including a large and open living area overlooking the 2nd hole of the Saints Golf Course. Our new kitchen and dining area are fully equipped for all your everyday cooking and entertaining needs. The Main living room boasts a large TV with cable and video player. One sofa pulls out and creates a Queen size bed. A 3rd full bath off the kitchen area is also provided for you.

The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed for your comfort and a private bath. There is also a large TV included for your viewing pleasure. The Master bathroom has granite counters and has been newly remodeled with lovely porcelain tile. The 2nd bedroom includes a Queen size bed and also boasts its own private bath.

St Lucie County's best known asset is its spectacularly beautiful barrier islands, boasting 21 miles of bleached white beaches edging a cobalt-blue ocean and lined with sabal palms. Public beaches lie along 7 miles of this coastal stretch, projecting an unspoiled, tropical, tranquility, rarely found anywhere else in the state. This golf-course home is located 9 miles from the nearest beach, or about a 15 minute drive.

There are over 15 superb golf courses in the immediate area including "PGA Golf Club" at PGA Village, and "Club Med" at Sandpiper. Within a 100 miles radius of Port St Lucie are some of Florida's top attractions, including Orlando, Daytona Beach, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami.

There is world class fishing available and charters leave daily from the St. Lucie, Jupiter, and Fort Pierce Inlets.
