  The pictures on listing are accurate and the unit is wonderfully decorated. The unit was very clean, spacious, and in working order. The owner is very helpful and prompt in answering any of your questions and we would love to book her unit again. We are a family of 5 with 3 small children and stay in Destin several times a year, but we all agreed this is our favorite unit! The master bedroom is enormous and the 2nd bedroom with twin beds is also large by beach condo standards. We have friends who own at Seascape and have been in 5 Seascape units now, and honestly we all agreed this unit had the most spacious and practical layout because you do not have the stairs in the way in family room or a sunlight in bedroom waking you up at 5:30 am. This was our first time to use the beach chair rentals from La Dolce Vita and it was so convenient. The unit's location is EXCELLENT: across from pool, short walk to beach/Whale's Tail, Starbucks/Winn Dixie/outlets are 5 minutes away. Our recomendations: rent the chairs, eat dinner at Whale's Tail and get the burger, bring bread to feed ducks outside of unit porch, bring golf clubs, bring your workout clothes and walk/run along the sidewalk in morning. Really just a top notch experience in over 10 years renting from Orange Beach to Sandestin.

  My husband, my one year old son, mother in law and I stayed here from 6/13 through 6/16. This condo was beyond our expectations! Clean, beautiful decor, comfortable beds and furniture, peaceful view of the serene lake, and other personal touches that made our stay easier--towels, books and magazines to read, an icemaker, extra blankets and pillows, plenty of glassware, dishes, cookware, tupperware and utensils. We loved the beds, they were so comfy, not to mention the location is great! Very close to the beach and across from the pool. We enjoyed walking by the lake at dusk and in the morning we walked to the close coffee shop for delicious iced coffee. This condo is amazing and we plan on returning every year!

  We had a wonderful stay at Seascape. This condo is within very short walking distance of both the pool and the beach. Convenient to the Silver Sands outlet mall and many great restaurants. The condo owner was very easy to work with and maintains this unit very well. We hasve rented several condos in this property and this one is by far the best. We hope to rent this condo again on our next visit to Destin!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We love that the pool and the beach are so close and that many fun things to do are within walking distance. The resort is very family oriented.   My wife and I stayed for a long weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed the Condo and Beach.. Was a short walk to Dining, Beach and pool. The unit was beautifully appointed, and we felt at home.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

  Owner response: The Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Grill is right across the street. It is so great to sit on the deck watching everything going on at the beach while enjoying some really good food. The location of our condo is a big plus. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay.

  My family enjoyed a great vacation at this Seascape Villa. Very conveniently located near the beach. The unit was very well maintained and we plan to vacation at this location in the future.

  My family has stayed in this lovely condo at Seascape on several occasions. This beautifully decorated unit has everything you need for a short or extended visit. The beds and furniture are very comfortable, and both the pool and beach are a short walk from the front door. The view from the screened-in porch is so peaceful! Seascape offers many amenities and keeps the grounds very well maintained. This is a very convenient location - so close to anything you might want to do, yet tucked away in a quiet setting. I would recommend this condo highly and look forward to another visit with my family.

  The photos are accurate but this condo is even better than it looks in pictures. It's so comfortable and relaxing and feels like a home away from home. The furnishings, appliances, and decor are updated and beautiful. You will love mornings lounging around reading a book and drinking coffee. If you are new to Destin you will be impressed with the places to shop and eat; two of my favorite things to do! Check out Scavenger's for unique items and antiques and eat at the Crab Trap at least once during your stay. For lunch, ask around and find a favorite of the locals, Dewey Destin's. You can eat a shrimp poboy on the pier and watch the boats.

  My family and I have stayed in this condo for two summers and plan to return for a third summer. The unit is in excellent condition and is in a wonderful location. My children enjoy the fact that the pool is located just across the parking lot and the beach is just across the street. We also enjoy sitting in the swing on the screened in porch overlooking the golf course. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone considering a vacation to Destin, FL.

  This condo is FANTASTIC!!! Once we found this one, we felt like we were home! We have rented this condo for several years now and we LOVE it!! The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. My husband loves that it's sitting in the middle of a golf course. The screened-in back porch swing overlooking the lake is a perfect place to sit and read or watch the golfers. One of the pools is right out the front door! Another thing I love is the way the kitchen has every appliance and gadget I need to cook whatever I want! Anything you think up that you need, it is already here! Thanks for making our home away from home such a perfect place!!
