Private-like small beach protected from huge waves directly in front of house outside front door, waves are huge but rock protect and break down surf so the tide is safer for little ones, and loads of tidepools to explore the sea life and rock climb directly in front outside our door, two also long long beach, with MILES of long span of sandy beach two minutes walk away. Perfect for morning jogging, or long strolls along beach paths. Bike path follows for miles from the town of Marina, CA to Carmel-by-the-Sea and is right outside front door.

On recreation trail, 10 minute walk to The Inn st Spanish Bay Resort, Pebble Beach, Famous ROYS restaurant where they bagpipe at sunset hour daily, Asilomar Conference Center, Pacific Grove Golf Course. 20 minute bike ride on bike path to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Sunsets centered on your front door!
No pets please, as we have brand new carpets, and please respect our STRICT no-smoking rules. New floors, bathrooms updated, thermal windows provide no draft with forced air heat of course, new carpet. For more photos and current sunsets email me!

Baby deer born in our bushes all the time! They are very gentle and will not run away so do not be alarmed.

Each bedroom has an amazing ocean view, the best spot for high surf watch in the entire Monterey bay. So close to the crashing waves, the windows get a salt breeze and need to be hosed every week. We have a service for this if our guests require assistance with this. We are happy to provide our guests with residence access into the 17 Mile Drive during the stay.
