Well appointed home with tons to do inside and out. The Pool Table and Dart Board in the ground level gameroom and easy access to full-size refrigerator and full bath from pool deck. We have also added an Ocean Kayak for your use!
Three Master suites plus large private pool and hot tub. Ground entry, gameroom with Queen-size Sleep Sofa. Mid-level has laundry; four bedrooms (two are masters with private baths) and three full baths. Upper level has master king suite with jacuzzi tub, large comfortable greatroom with spectacular views, well-equipped kitchen and powder room.

Why the Owner Chose Whalehead Beach
You can't beat the beauty of the beach in Corolla, it is worth the drive. Once we get on the island we immediately begin to relax and after settling-in we are in full vacation mode. The property is spacious and private. The Whalehead community is safe and pleasant to walk or ride your bike around. It is easy to walk to and from the beach and the kids ride there bikes down to the shopping area, movie theatre and mini golf.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our house has everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation including an Ocean Kayak. You can always find something to do or just kickback in the rocker hammock and relax to the sound of the ocean. The three bedroom suites have their own bathroom which makes for comfortable and private accomodations for multiple families.
REAL GRASS mini golf. There is nothing like this we have ever seen. It is fun and challenging.
Easy access from the Whalehead community. Great Bagels at Lighthouse Bagel.

My wife and I have grown up at the "jersey shore". We went hunting for our summer home in 2004. When we visited Corolla we immediately fell in love with our Sand Dollar at the Outer Banks. We have enjoyed sitting in our Adirondack chairs on the uppder deck sipping our favorite beverae of the moment and enjoying the ocean view.

My family loved this house.Great layout inside and out. Just the right size and plenty of activities to keep everyone busy. Great pool, too. You can't go wrong with Sand Dollar.

We were first there 5 years ago and this place has only gotten better. Well maintained and lots of great extras. You don't have to leave the house to have a good time. Plan on a relaxing enjoyable week.

we have stayed at the sand dollar the last 5 years,this house is wonderful.There is lots of room,well taken care of,everything you need is right there at the house.Only a short walk to the beach.If you want to have a great vacation, stay in the sand dollar,you won't be disappointed.

This house is clean and lovely, the rooms are spacious with a great kitchen! The pool and hot tub were a great addition. It is a short walk to the beach. My family had a great time and would love to come back again!

We love the Sand Dollar. We have been there for three years in a row.The Kayak is a nice addition and the new rocking chair is great. It's a short walk to the beach access and we always enjoy the BIG pool.

we had a wonderful vacation at the Sand Dollar! The house was so much FUN with the pool , hot tub and pool table. We loved seeing the dolphins in the ocean. It was very relaxing.
